Good experience. Racine toyota communicated with me over the phone and email before I went in. There were a few minor miscommunications due to multiple people being involved, but nothing crazy. The employees gave some mixed signals about how/if they could beat abother dealer’s offer. Eventually they beat the offer by enough for me to come back in to seal the deal. Then, when I sat down with the finance guy, I was congratulated on my new truck and all I had to do was sign the papers. Glad I asked to see the fine print on the papers because magically my terms were now worse than the original offer from the first dealer. When I pointed this out, the problem was fixed but I had to push for every dollar I was promised, twice. Made me feel like someone was trying to pull something and turned a relatively quick sale into something longer and awkward. Overall, a pretty positive experience...but some typical dealership games at the end. I will say the add on options at the end with the finance guy were not high pressure and my salesman Anthony was very knowldgeable and helpful. More
