Rick, the finance director is an arrogant “Salesman”. It’s 2019, get over yourself ! Who loves a salesman stuck in the 80s? Definitely not me!! We have here a salesman that was lecturing about the stock market and how interest rates fluctuate, are you kidding? Someone please point out the obvious. He continued on his worthless rant and I allowed it because I wanted to hear how full he was of himself. Your not fooling a finance major BTW. Your not doing me any favors when I’m spending 50k+ on a truck. Please people, understand where you stand as it relates to credit worthiness and don’t allow people such as Rick to bully you into signing something ridiculous ! Guys like Rick should not benefit or profit from your hard earned money !!! With that said, I won’t take anything away from my sales guy, Mark Stockton. This dude is a stand up guy! He was very professional, very friendly and personable. What’s obvious is that Rick could use a few pointers in this department. It’s definitely not fair that the experience I had with Mark and GM Barry was tainted by my experience with Rick because at the end of the day, I did buy a 50k+ truck from Racine Toyota and I truly feel he is not what Toyota needs! Thank You Mark ! Thank you Barry! Your service to Toyota is what I’m familiar with and glad that the negative experiences ultimately resulted into something positive because of your drive to meet the demands of a buying customer. She was told that early oil changes are o.k. and the engine will last longer. So , what your people are saying is Toyota is lying and oil changes need to be done soonet. They also said I am paying for your mistake by using one of our extended care package oil changes. This is not acceptable and I am not taking a hit for your mistake . More

Part replaced was overpriced, lost record of previous work I brought my company-owned 2013 Toyota Prius to this dealer to have the electric coolant pumt replaced after 370,000 miles. The only reason I brought it here was because I was ordered to, by my boss. I could have had the work done elsewhere for less than half of the $1,048.00 I was charged. On top of this cost, they had no record of previous work I had done on this vehicle, and were recommending that I have the previous work to be done again ! I think most people realize that when you go to the dealer for service that you're probably going to get screwed with the cost. It sure would be nice if there was a dealer network out there that were more reasonable with their pricing. More
