I don't fault the staff - they gave it their best shot(s), and finally it did get done, and done properly. I won't hesitate to go back for other services. More

Ok Experience This Time Got regular maintenance and had a couple hiccups this time. Then when I went out, they hadn’t washed it so I waited for them to run through the washer. I drove home and parked and within 30 minutes, has a 12 inch diameter puddle of oil under by car. Called and they were closing in 15 so I said I’d be there in 10; Phoebe who took the message didn’t relay this to anyone but they still let me in and fixed the gasket. Everyone was very apologetic and nice to work with but Phoebe’s total disregard for doing a simple task was the most frustrating and irritating experience. More

What can I do for you. Once the papers are signed all of a sudden they don’t even see you. And god forbid like me you have an issue shortly after purchase. No help whatsoever. Never have I had a dealer anywhere else turn their back on someone the way this place did. Run from this place. Because they will sell you a car with a problem and smile about then when you discover it down the road. You are out of luck. I feel like I was stabbed in the back. Never again.
