Slow service but issue now seems to be solved. I was towed in by Buick roadside assistance. They were great. Unfortunately, no one was available to diagnose my car's problems for several days. oil change called for an appointment to change oil with service rep Jon Wirth, said to be there at 8am, took the truck in and did oil change while I waited.
