Jared contacted me and let me know my position on the list and how they operate their list. I let him know I was planning to purchase in June and he was respectful of that. Whenever speaking with him on the phone he was respectful, not pushy like so many dealers. He took my information on the vehicle I wanted and was very transparent with me. He called me one day and let me know they had a vehicle coming in that fit my specifications, and let me know that he wanted to ask me even though it was a little ahead of schedule. I decided to go ahead and start the process for this car. Jared answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed and what steps to take. He made purchasing this car very easy! Even ahead of schedule it couldn't have worked out more perfect than it did. As a first-time buyer this was an amazing experience. James Skolaskii is the salesman we talked to at the dealership on the west side of Madison. He was very helpful and showed us several different options. My husband and I both liked the GMC ,Arcadia we test drove. James showed us all the features it had to offer and we felt comfortable to purchase it. But as we drove it home my husband noticed a strange noise. We immediately phoned James and he got us in for a service the next business day. Zimbrick fixed the problem.
