The technician went through all the areas of the vehicle so I had a good understanding when I drove home with my new Encore. I love the Encore. Drives very smooth. Comfortable to sit in. So far it seems to get good gas mileage. I like the new color this year - Azure, which looks blue or sometimes a teal blue - very pretty. If anyone is looking for a smaller SUV, I strongly suggest you consider the 2019 Encore. More
