expensive Expensive! took my car in for routine oil change. Charged extra for materials and disposal of oil. Oil change cost was around $70.00. Added on the filter/alignment service advertised for $119.95, but then they tacked on an additional $28.77 and $36.82 for the filters. False advertising. I don't mind paying for good service, but the advertised price should match what is charged. Also, after the service my vehicle started making a random noise when turning. Cashier was less than friendly. More

Great overall service with some miscommunication Took my Honda in to get a connector in the airbag replaced, and it was completed on the same day, which is especially impressive given that it was a S Took my Honda in to get a connector in the airbag replaced, and it was completed on the same day, which is especially impressive given that it was a Saturday. The only issue I had was that on a visit prior to this one, I was told that I could get a loaner car in case it took longer than a day. I was asked directly if I was 25 or older, and I told them I was not. On this visit, after the car was brought back for service, another employee then told me that I could NOT get a loaner car because of being under 25. I don't think there were any bad intentions, just some communication mishaps. Fortunately they did give me a voucher for a free cab ride home, but I needed to Uber back to pick the car up, so it did end up costing me a little bit. More

They do fantastic work, provide factual info on what is happening with your vehicle & make recommendations based on reality, not just the manufacturer's recommendation. For ex: if the manufacturer recommends your rotors be replace, but there's still life in the rotor, your Zimbrick Service Rep will tell you that the rotors don't need to be replaced yet. More

I drive a lot for work so I needed a dependable and comfortable vehicle to drive. Geoff Kox helped me with my 2015 Honda Pilot purchase. He first listened to my requirements, he described a local trade they just got in and we took a long test drive to make sure I liked the drive and feel of the Pilot. Finding a low mileage Honda certified vehicle for a fair price was great. I have had the vehicle for a year now and I am totally satisfied with the choice. The service locations are some of the nicest equiped customer friendly service locations I have seen. The service advisers do a great job what needs to be done and whats coming up next time for service. More

Fortunately no one was seriously injured and cars can be replaced, so I began my search for a vehicle. I had had a hybrid car in the past and wanted another. My research across all car brands led me to the new Honda Insight and to Zimbrick Honda. When I first walked into the dealership, I met Sam Kleppe, told him my story and what I was looking for and my price range. He took it from there. I did a short test drive of an Insight with Sam along that day. He came along to educate and encourage me all the way. He was polite, kind, answered all my questions and followed through all the way through the purchase of my car. I heartily recommend Sam and this dealership! More
