Stephen Pelletier is the best service rep This is the first positive review I have for Zimbrick after many disappointing service visits. I have been going to Zimbrick for many years out of lo This is the first positive review I have for Zimbrick after many disappointing service visits. I have been going to Zimbrick for many years out of loyalty however customer service now is very poor. I noticed that Zimbrick campaigned for votes to be designated "Best of Madison" in Madison Magazine and I believe this was an act of desperation. Stephen Pelletier and Lori are the exceptions and I hope to work with them more often in the future. Both were awesome, kind and knowledgeable. For this visit alone I would give 5 stars to both Stephen and Lori. My lower ratings are for my general overall history with Zimbrick and lack of feedback from management in the past. More

I enjoy visiting with Mitch & Tom.
