Not my first visit I'm a regular customer here, leased my CRV from Zimbrick, the same as my previous Pilot. I do all my service at the same dealer I usually get the car I'm a regular customer here, leased my CRV from Zimbrick, the same as my previous Pilot. I do all my service at the same dealer I usually get the car from, as long as I don't have any issues with them, if that's the case I look for a different dealer and that's how I started working with Zimbrick I switched from another Honda dealer in Milwaukee (fun fact they are out of business now) because they used to be disrespectful (the one in Milwaukee not Zimbrick). What I like to most about Zimbrick Honda is the respect, friendliness, and great service. More

I had been informed of things, suspension, brakes, etc that needed to be addressed when I went in for a standard oi My car needed to get service done. I had been informed of things, suspension, brakes, etc that needed to be addressed when I went in for a standard oil change. This gave me time to process and prepare for the needed maintenance. On the scheduled day of service, they were ready when I got there, gave me a loaner for the day, at their suggestion, and kept me informed of things through out the day. It was ready when they told me it would be ready. All this plus, plus giving me the necessary information to make decisions was very helpful. More

Great Salesperson The salesperson was very helpful, and I found a Honda Civic within my price range very quickly. Way, way better than your across town competitor. Unable to find the root of the problem. My 2018 Honda Pilot has been having a problem starting. I took it in on Wednesday 1/22/20 and got it back on Thursday. On Wednesday night it wouldn't My 2018 Honda Pilot has been having a problem starting. I took it in on Wednesday 1/22/20 and got it back on Thursday. On Wednesday night it wouldn't start at the Zimbrick, but apparently on Thursday it started fine. They called and said the car was good to go. On Saturday 1/25/20 I tried to start my car and it once again would not start. So I spent 3 hours of my Saturday at the service center with a car that was supposed to have been fixed on Thursday. Ultimately, they once again could not figure it out and resorted to putting a new battery in, even though the old battery tested fine. It's been two days and the problem has not resurfaced, but I have no confidence that the root problem has been fixed. On a positive note Stephen was very polite and really wanted to help me. More
