A great experience I stopped at Zimbrick to look at a Honda Cr-V, There I met Ben Gibbs in sales. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the model. I was convinced that I wanted to buy another ford edge, which was my last vehicle. Ben really helped me understand the value and benefits of the CR-V. I decided to lease, and Ben made the whole process very comfortable. There were a few small issues with my trade in, and I thought perhaps that would end the deal. However, Ben and his team made it possible for me to drive away in my BEAUTIFUL CR-V. My license plates were transferred, but I complained to Ben that they were so beat up that I wanted new plates. When I returned to fill out the paperwork, I found out that Ben had cleaned and straightened my plates!! To me that was really going above and beyond, I am so appreciative! I never felt pressured and I am SO HAPPY with my new SUV. Kudos to Ben Gibbs!! He is a true asset to his team at Zimbrick. I will be back. More
