Not good. Bad service. I never received a car wash after my oil change they didn't even vacuum it out or clean the windows and I picked up everything in it before service so I never received a car wash after my oil change they didn't even vacuum it out or clean the windows and I picked up everything in it before service so it would be easy for them. No multipoint inspection all of your other locations give multipoint inspections. even though it was a oil change that was part of a maintenance program so I didn't pay for it straight up then so service clearly didn't care.. my truck sat in service drive for 20 minutes after being finished before someone brought out the finished paperwork. Very disappointed. When I got home I crawled under my truck checked torque on drain plug and oil filter. Everything was tight but it looked like no one cleaned up the mess so I took care of it myself will be scheduling my next one with either infinity service or Tom strahota always have had excellent service with them More

Earlier in the day I visited another car dealer just to see what they had. They said no matter what offer Zimbrick made, they would beat it. That was something to consider. Yet, when I came back to Zimbrick again and experienced, once again, their top notch customer service, I knew I would be purchasing my car right then and there because that's where I wanted to be and where I wanted to come back to to service my car in the future.
