Purchase of a new vehicle I was needing a new vehicle because my Odyssey was starting to become expensive with upcoming needed maintenance. My husband and I went to Zimbrick to I was needing a new vehicle because my Odyssey was starting to become expensive with upcoming needed maintenance. My husband and I went to Zimbrick to look at our different options. I left with some information. A couple of months later, last week, I went in to Zimbrick again and met Ben Gibbs. He was happy to help me. He went over the CRV EX and EXL which were the 2 options I honed in on. He discussed how the EXL had many more positives for me. I decided to purchase that one. He asked if he could sell me a vehicle by month end, which was 5 days away. I said that I thought it was possible. We went for a test drive. I said my husband would be in the next day, Saturday, to test drive the vehicle. We both came in again on Saturday. Ben again was very accommodating. We made a decision to purchase the vehicle using the 1.9% financing on the spot. He quoted us a price and we gave him a price we were looking for, which was a match of a Chicago suburg price. He checked with his superior (not sure of his name). They approved of our price. Ben also spoke to us about the warranty options avalaible. We made an appointment to go in on Monday to finalize the purchase. On Monday, we found out there was a lien on our Odyssey, which we were unaware of. Mitch, the financing consultant and Ben were very accommodating about the snafu in our plans. We decided not to trade in our van and to come back on Tuesday to finalize the purchase. We met with Mitch on Tuesday. He also was very friendly and professional. He also went over the warranty options, which we decided to take advantage of all but one, after he was very patient with our many questions and concerns. After finalizing the financing, I met again with Ben. He went over our new vehicle one more time with me. He again spent a lot of time with me and my questions. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the knowledge I needed to drive away in my new CRV. He always had a smile on his face. He sent me off with my new vehicle! The next day I went in with a question about my Apple app. He met me with a smile and said that he was happy to help me. We got in my new vehicle and he solved my problem for me right away. I would recommend Ben and Mitch to anyone who asked about buying a new vehicle. They were nice to work with. More
