Service and Parts didn't seem interested I purchased a new car and I saw on the Hyundai website accessories for the car, in particular 2 front floor mats. I asked service/parts about it and s I purchased a new car and I saw on the Hyundai website accessories for the car, in particular 2 front floor mats. I asked service/parts about it and said that was not an option - even though it was on the website. I actually had to go home, pull up the floor mats, print it out and take it back to the service/parts center and prove that it was an option. At that point they were able to order it. I'm not understanding how they were not able to order it when I was there the first time, and why I had to come back and prove I wasn't making something up. Also while I was there, I was experiencing some knocking in the car when I would accelerate. I was told that it's not supposed to knock, but every car is different and then he walked away. Nothing like buying a brand new car that knocks when you accelerate and having service tell you it's not supposed to and just walk away like nothing was wrong. I had two simple things, and both were made far more complicated than they needed to be. They didn't trust a word I said and treated me like I was making everything up. I have taken other vehicles to get serviced here and they were amazing...but it seems the minute I purchase a car, they didn't care anymore. More
