Okay but Could Be Better It was a bit of a runaround to get hooked up with my service appointment, as nobody knew about it or that I had a loan car coming, but it all worked o It was a bit of a runaround to get hooked up with my service appointment, as nobody knew about it or that I had a loan car coming, but it all worked out in terms of paperwork and getting a rental car after some small delays. I was processed out of a brand new building so it's understandable. My disappointment is with an oversight on the detailing job on my truck. The frame around the bottom of the back window was untouched, not even washed. I get that it's a little hard to reach back there, but I would have at least expected the dirt to be gone and the frame around the bottom of the rear window to have some paint sealant, or whatever the rest of the body was finished with, applied to it. Now I have to get back there and wash it by hand myself and apply some wax so it's protected from the weather and looks good. The rest of the body is pretty good but nothing to brag about, and the wheels look decent. I think these guys are just too busy to spend the time they need to do a really thorough job. More
