The wait was comfortable I took my Buick Oncore in for routine maintenance. Since my car was at the 30,000 mile ( it was actually 38,3003 miles) it was due for the Injector F I took my Buick Oncore in for routine maintenance. Since my car was at the 30,000 mile ( it was actually 38,3003 miles) it was due for the Injector Flush & De-carbonization cleaning also. They had told me this would happen at my prior visit. So I knew it would be a longer than normal visit. Zimbrick West has 2 wait areas. I chose the one in front by the windows. It turned out to be a sunny day to sit there. They had plenty of magazines to browse through. I did bring my own book to read also. It was a little over 2 hour wait, but time seemed to go by fairly fast. My freshly washed car was ready for me at that wait! More

Terrible Prior to changing advisors, I had a great customer exprience at Zimbrick. However, since my adivsor was changed and the last time I was in for servic Prior to changing advisors, I had a great customer exprience at Zimbrick. However, since my adivsor was changed and the last time I was in for service, things seem to have went down hill. I had two seperate issues looked at and I was told one of them was going to be expensive to replace. When I asked how much, the advisor did not know but would have to get back to me on the price. He never did follow up. The other major issue I have is the car shaking excessively, but their only solution was to change the transmission fluid. With the problem still occurring, they had me pick up the car. Very disappointed in this service and now will be looking for somewhere else to have issues looked at. More

Advisor goes extra mile with advice of quiet spot to work Got in right away and I decided to wait and work from the dealership. My service advisor told me about some tall tables in the front of the showroom Got in right away and I decided to wait and work from the dealership. Fast and thorough. Helped me out of a time jamb. I got an email from On Star that my oil was down to 9% viability late on a Thursday night. Because of a holiday on Monday and Saturday, my only chance I got an email from On Star that my oil was down to 9% viability late on a Thursday night. Because of a holiday on Monday and Saturday, my only chance to get the oil changed before another big trip on Tuesday morning was on Friday. My dealer was booked up, so i called this dealership. They fit me in and did a great job in a reasonable period of time. Huge sigh of relief. More
