Zimbrick at Fish Hatchery Road

Received a dirty car with new scratch. When I picked up my car from being repaired after someone hit me, my car was very dirty in the inside of the back. Looked like my reversible mat was When I picked up my car from being repaired after someone hit me, my car was very dirty in the inside of the back. Looked like my reversible mat was layed on the ground and put back in. Dirt everywhere! There was also a new small scratch on the back hatch. Note : my car is brand new and I have never taken the back mat out yet. Had to take it back in to have it taken care of. Your staff also told me they called on a Monday to let me know my car was ready, but never received a message. I was then told I would be charge for extra days that I had a rental car from Enterprise. ( I called myself to see my car was ready.) I wish there was also a representative that would take you to your car and show you what was done!!!! I had to bring my vehicle back into have the scratch taken care of and cleaned in the inside! I also want to note your building is hard to find not well marked with signs. I am informing you of all of this due to we have purchased over 5 vehicles from Zimbric and had never had a experience like this. Thanks More

Major repairs Went in for some minor service, but during inspection they found some larger issues that made the car unsafe for use. They were straight forward with this and didn't hem and haw about it. This is the first time I have had any shop tell me that an issue was so far gone driving was dangerous. No one wants to hear this but it is good to know they won't let you drive off with repairs that are urgent, and instead use a "recommended" phrasing. Got me in right away to get them done. More
