As things cleared for us, we came back, and Kevin had been on the lookout for something we could afford and take care of. We bought another car, but only after Ricky and RC as well as Kevin took what seemed like extra pains to make certain it was a quality vehicle within our stated budget. He was never pushy about trying to get me to make a decision before I felt comfortable to so. Brian was also very pleasant and friendly to deal with throughout the entire paperwork process as well. I felt that the pricing was extremely fair with no haggling required whatsoever, and the dealership was even willing to be flexible following the initial offer. The car I desired was not on the lot at the time we struck a deal, and they found the car of my choice in short order to make it available to me. I would also like to add that everyone that I encountered over the course of my visits to the dealership was very personable and clearly had a focus on providing a high level of customer service. I went into Zimmerman Honda to get an oil change for my Pilot. While doing that I talked to Luis Arango and told him one of my cars lease was coming to an end. Sean and Louis worked hard to come up with a deal I could not refuse which was trading out both cars for a new Accord and Pilot. The deal was done and I received two new cars that day. I am very pleased with the hard work of Luis and Sean. Both made the trade very easy and painless. I found that Luis and Sean were very knowledgeable about the process and worked well together as a team. The last person I worked with was Ricky Unholz which was professional and made the finance easy and painless. I think that Zimmerman has a wonderful team and will not only return for my car needs but also refer others to the dealership. More

When I went to Zimmerman's I was a little nervous because it was my first time buying a car and I hadn't beeen treated very well at other dealerships. But almost immediately Jeff put all my worries aside. He was friendly and engaging. He asked me several questions to get a better feel for what kind of things I was looking for in a car. And he helped me find my dream car. Unfortunately I was unable to finance my dream car, and Jeff went out of he way to help me. He worked with my bank and the finance people to put me in something that I love. He made buying a car an enjoyable, and relatively stress free experiance.
