I gave the rating above because Noel was a great salesman and tried his best to get me a great deal. Noel didn't limit me to one option, but instead allowed me multiple choices for deals and explained the v and tried his best to get me a great deal. Noel was very knowledgeable about the Honda Civic and many other models; if he didn't know the answer, he would immediately go to find answers to my fathers and I's questions. (Which he didn't have to do very many times) this was my first car purchase or at least new car purchase and Noel delivered a great experience. The financing agents that finished me up were great. Those two explained the finer details of the lease and were able to assist my father and I with questions. They were quick to process me through with credit check and paper finalizing. The dealership was very neat and organized and the staff all around seemed friendly...also great choice in snacks. I would recommend Noel to a friend or family member and indeed he was recommended to my cousin; she ended up purchasing a civic ex on a lease, as well, from Noel. More

Due to the generally good experience from sales to service, I worked with Noel again for the first time purchase of a new car purchase for my son.
