Mr. Arango took into account my list of my wants and what I could afford and found a perfect fit into what I know is a quality vehicle. The finance person couldn't have been any nicer to explain all the paperwork and found proper financing for us.We arrived at about 10:00 in the morning, drove a vehicle, made a deal with a trade in, went through financing, cleaned and prepped our new vehicle and had us on our way by 1:30. We couldn't be any happier. We also recieved afollow up call the following day from Luis to see if their were any problems or anything they could help us with that we may have forgotten about.The dealership is everything I was hoping it would be. I told him what I was looking for and made an appointment with him the next day. When I arrived I took a test drive of the vehicle I requested and Jeff went over all the options and features during the test drive. A very fair price was agreed upon and the Finance Manager Ricky did a great job going over the contract with me. After that Jeff went over every option and feature that my new car had and made sure I understood everything even though it was well past normal business hours; again Jeff Dolan was very professional and extremely knowledeable. I am extremely happy with my new car and would recommend Zimmerman Honda and Jeff Dolan to all my friends and family. More

My 2007 Odyssey has been a dependable vehicle since I purchased it new at Zimmerman’s with Ruth Sanders. Zimmerman’s performed all the maintenance and always contacted me if additional work might be req purchased it new at Zimmerman’s with Ruth Sanders. Zimmerman’s performed all the maintenance and always contacted me if additional work might be required. On one of my last visits, I fully expected to need tires based on the number of miles I had on them. The service representative quickly pulled up the vehicle check in sheet and told me how much tread was remaining on all tires and their conditions. Based on my pre-purchase homework, I didn’t expect any major engine or drive train problems. Without warning, the engine started running rough. I took my van into Zimmerman’s Service Dept. to check out the problem. I spoke to AJ Castor and explained the problem. AJ kept me up to date on the progress of determining the problem with daily phone calls. It was later determined that an internal mechanical failure had contributed to damage that required a new engine. My warranty had expired and I was faced with 2 very expensive options. This was not a mechanical issue they usually see and I couldn’t find any indication on the internet of Honda engine failures. Just within my immediate neighbors, we have 3 Odysseys, 2 Pilots and 2 Accords and a CRV so I know Honda is a dependable vehicle. I asked AJ if they could try running it past the next level of Honda which turned out to be a District Honda Rep. Not knowing the process, I may have panicked a little and contacted Ruth hoping she could act as an advocate for me in the process. Ruth contacted me right away and verified things were being processed. When it was referred to the district person, I really expected a lot of red tape. It didn’t happen. A happy AJ called me and explained a very generous offer from Honda for a new engine. I didn’t have to fight, argue, provide maintenance records or the like. Just a very nice offer waiting for my approval. A verbal approval over the phone and before I knew it, I was picking up my freshly washed Odyssey with a new engine and extended warranty. It was really a painless experience considering the initial diagnosis of major engine failure. Daily updates from AJ and hand holding from Ruth helped me realize that “Great Customer Service” does still exist. I need to put a few more miles on the van but when it’s time for a replacement, I know where I can get Great Service. I'll be back at Zimmerman's. More

He explained everything in a way that made sense and did not push anything on us. While we were in finance Merlin was out hand polishing our new vehicle to make sure it was absolutely in the best condition possible. We really appreciated that and have never experienced a dealer show that much concern towards our satisfaction! We would definitely buy from Zimmerman Honda again!!! Thank you! More

He meticulously explained and pointed out all the features of each vehicle to help us in our decision-making process to select the best vehicle for our needs. He gave us the grand tour of the new dealership building, including service areas and the three early Hondas on display, the memorabilia museum, and offices. He explained the paperwork process and how they would take care of all Iowa tax and license requirements, removing the license plates from the trade-in vehicle and so forth. Luis made it a fun and rewarding experience. More

We purchased our first Honda - a Honda Pilot - in 2006. We were very happy with the vehicle, which had approximately 145,000 miles on it, and with the Service Department. While our Pilot was in for a new battery, my husband Denny was looking at cars in the showroom. We had planned to start looking in the spring. Jeff Dolan approached Denny and asked if he could be of help. Denny said that he was "just looking" and Jeff gave Denny his card and said that he would appreciate a call when we were ready to purchase a vehicle. Eight days later we walked out of Zimmerman Honda Dealership with a 2013 Pilot. Denny had a good experience with all of the Sales persons he dealt with, but he was especially impressed with Jeff, as was I when we met to finish the paperwork. We both agree that he is a polite and knowledgeable young man. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time explaining the "bells and whistles" in our new Pilot and assured us that we were to call him if we had questions about the car. We would definitely recommend Jeff to anyone looking to purchase a car. We also had a good experience with Ricky Unholz, the Business Manager. And, as I mentioned before, the Service Department at Zimmerman is tops! More
