We had visited a competitor, actually bought the car then voided the sale when, within a half mile of the dealer, things started to fall apart. That was after we spent six hours there, mostly because the salesperson was handling five customers at the same time. I mention all this because it was the exact opposite at E-Car. Our sales person, Alexis, was absolutely great! I've been buying cars for 50 years and I can truthfully say that she was the most informed, helpful and no pressure individual I have ever encountered in all those years. She didn't try to convince us that the world would stop on it's axis if we didn't immediately buy the car. She let us decide, answering all our questions and leaving us alone to discuss the potential purchase. The paperwork, almost always a hassle, went smoothly and efficiently. The next day, a minor problem arose and they enthusiastically fixed it.And, yes, I do mean enthusiastically. Just so you know. I am 73 years old, a former combat officer and a trial lawyer. I own my own company. I tell you this to demonstrate that I am certainly no pushover. I rarely recommend much. Not so in this case. You want a luxury used car? Go see Alexis.
