We do want to clarify a few points for anyone reading your review. We certainly do not remove or "loot" accessories from our vehicles. We sell pre-owned vehicles, and they arrive with varying equipment depending on their previous owner. Every accessory included with the vehicle is photographed and represented in our online listing so customers know exactly what is included before they visit. In fact, we provide a charging cable with every electric vehicle we sell, even when one was not included with the vehicle. Regarding financing, we do not accept financing from outside lenders because each bank has different funding requirements that we are unable to accommodate. Customers are always welcome to pay cash if they prefer not to finance through us. In your case, our finance team was able to secure you a very competitive interest rate, and we're glad we could provide that option. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the wait you experienced. You visited on a Saturday, our busiest day of the week, and that particular Saturday we delivered more than 20 vehicles. While that's not an excuse, it did create longer than normal wait times, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. We appreciate your business and your feedback, and we wish you many happy miles in your new vehicle.
