My daughter and I drove almost 5 hours to pick up my Cybertruck and it was not even cleaned when I arrived! I was sent pictures showing my truck was in the bay to hide from a storm but when I arrived m Cybertruck and it was not even cleaned when I arrived! I was sent pictures showing my truck was in the bay to hide from a storm but when I arrived my truck was outside and looked like it had been off-roading as it was covered in dirt. Their detail job consisted of pressure washing the truck without soap while leaving the inside without detailed cleaning. When spending that much money on a vehicle you would expect it to at least be cleaned properly More

Fantastic experience buying a car sight unseen across state lines. Johnny and Ash were great to deal with, there was absolutely no pressure throughout the process. Delivery was quick and arrived earlier than expected (2 days to go from Dallas to Charlotte!) One week time from signing to delivery(Saturday to Saturday). Sales, finance, everyone I interacted with was on the same page and there was no back and forth or games being played. Johnny Tran handled my sale and was excellent to work with. Very responsive, honest, and made sure I had all the information I needed before making a decision. Didn't feel pressured at any point. There are some non-negotiable add-on items, but the vehicle is priced accordingly and they are upfront about everything before you sit down to sign. No surprises on the final paperwork, which I appreciated. Would recommend eCarOne to anyone shopping for a vehicle in the DFW area. A well-run operation with a team that actually respects your time.
