Did the credit app. Joey came back with the numbers. The car had to be detailed and paperwork drawn up. We left and Joey called us back when everything was ready. We arrived back expecting to sign paperwork and leave. When we got back was told there were several other customers who had to sign paperwork and would have to wait another 1 1/2 hours. The waiting was horrible. Seriously we almost changed our mind about buying at that point. But since we already had our credit checked we decided to proceed. Ecarone please work on this overall it was a positive experience but the waiting kinda made it somewhat negative. The salesman Josey did excellent and i understand this qas beyond his control. My Mercedes had been hit and totaled and the other driver's insurance agency had given me just a few days left i My situation was different than most. My Mercedes had been hit and totaled and the other driver's insurance agency had given me just a few days left in the rental to find a car. I had inquired online about a couple of cars Keith had and he contacted me almost immediately to set an appointment. During our conversation he got a good idea of my situation and what I was looking for. I went on Saturday and he already had a car pulled up to the front for me. It would turn out to be the car I bought but I drove 4 others before deciding that. The process is easy. I picked my favs electronically and the team brought them to me to drive. Keith was busy but attentive and never once pressured me to make a decision, always available for questions. When I had decided on my car, Keith talked me through financing and was highly knowledgeable, even though my credit was still tied up with the totaled car. He gave me options, even for that. I went back on Tuesday to finalize and pick up my car. I'm normally one to make big decisions very slowly and calculated so since this was so quick and easy I got a little emotional during final signing. Keith and Jamie took it in stride and really understood where I was at. They took a step back to let me breathe and think. Any other dealership would've taken advantage of the sticky situation I was in, needing a car asap. Keith did not. I was lucky to run into him! I'm back on the road in a nice Mercedes in basically no time, comparatively. Thanks Keith! :) More

There were some minors things in the car that he noticed need repair and get them fixed before shipping the car. The man is amazing and professional. No pressure on buying car. I love that and even though Elias is a car salesman he will still find way to help you save a little. I love that. My car was deliver in 1week. I am already planning on getting my next one from them.
