She was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process and was very attentive even though she was juggling many tasks. We brought in our own financing, so once we got to the finance office, we were in and out in 10 minutes and Silas made it very clear and very easy. If you want a very quick car buying experience or need to drive several cars, I would not recommend going on a Saturday. You are only allowed to drive 4 cars, and the finance folks get very backed up due to all the activity. But we will definitely be returning to eCarOne and to Alexis for all our future purchases! More

Awesome car buying experience! This was the easiest and best experience buying a car ever! We found one we liked, submitted some info online and received several emails! Called and told Keith we were driving in (2hours away) and he called and told us the one we were coming to see had just sold. The fact that Keith took the time to call us really showed that he was about the customer, not just the sale. We went on in to see the inventory at our choice , drove 2 different Range Rovers. Just wasn't sure on what we wanted so we left without high pressure to think about it. Researched more online and called Keith the next morning with the one I wanted. We emailed Keith with more information on financing and went in later that afternoon, completed paperwork, waited for the finance dept to get it all ready and Boom! Keith had our car ready and waiting once the paperwork was signed! Easiest process ever! Recommend Keith and Ecarone completely! More
