Great Car Buying Experience Spoke with Keith a number of times over the phone and traded emails regarding the SL63. Reserved the car and flew down 3 days later from DC to close the deal and drive back. There was a driver waiting at the airport which sure beat Uber. Keith was very hands on and made the whole experience a pleasure. A couple very minor issues with the vehicle were immediately taken care of, no questions asked. Walked in with the check ready, car was not Contacted dealer 5 days before I came to the dealership. Put down $400 deposit on the car. Walked in with the check ready to go. It was still running a code for a sensor they had 'fixed'. Instead of taking it to a certified Equus dealership to have the warranty issue fixed they thought they would do it inhouse. Last time I checked that would have voided the warranty on the parts they messed with therefore devaluing the vehicle by several thousand dollars. They represented the car was still under full warranty. I told them I would touch that particular car now. They had 3 others they could have shown me. They said sorry and let me walk away with the cashier's check, full asking price, in their name. They were not interested in making a sale. Didn't even call me back that weekend. Worst service I have ever delt with. I don't reccomend because if they are 'fixing' things that are under warranty and they are not a certified dealership, how many cars have they voided the warranty on and you won't know till it's too late and they wont even try to fix the issue. More
