We analyze and review prices in real-time to ensure our no-haggle, negotiation-free pricing strategy stands up to the test. We use advanced software and massive up-to-the minute databases of similar advertised vehicles nationwide, to recalculate and adjust pricing daily. I had a slight hiccup with my first vehicle from eCarOne, a Mercedes E300 purchased in January 2019, with over 2.5 years of OEM warranty left. I came back to the dealership with hopes around getting a fair deal but I had my apprehensions around what I would face at eCarOne, whilst coming back with issues on a car already sold and off their lot! To my surprise, I was dealt very warmly and eCarOne stood by me whilst I was taking things up with Mercedes Benz. The amazing support offered by my Sales Person Keith and senior managers; Masud and Michael inspireed tremendous confidence in eCarOne as the dealer and I went ahead picking up an even expensive BMW 7 Series with them, after being offered great deal to come out of the Mercedes E300. Buy with confidence and you would not go wrong with eCarOne. A great team would be behind making every experience amazing!! And not to mention, the processes are fast, simple and very customer friendly. Keith; you are the best!! More
