I notified the sales team of the vehicle I was interested in prior to my arrival to their dealership. They had the vehicle out front and ready for me to view. I felt absolutely no pressure from the staff to purchase the vehicle and they were available to answer every question or concern I threw their way. After checking out the vehicle and deciding I want to buy it, I was back on the road in my new (to me) 2015 BMW X5 in less than 45 minutes! Gone are the days of back and forth haggling on the purchase price of a vehicle. eCarOne provides a no nonsense price on-line and doesn't stick you with excessive "fine print" hidden fees. When searching for a 2015 BMW X5, eCarOne had the most competitive price from any dealership (both the BMW dealerships and other independent used car dealerships) within a 200 mile radius (and I looked extensively). On top of that, financing the car was not the ardous and drawn out process I've grown accustomed to. Off that bat, eCarOne was able to provide me with a better interest rate than my credit union so it made it a no brainer to finance with them. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this dealership and really enjoyed my car buying experience. The friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff were there to help me every step of the way! More
