I bought a Lexus IS350 sight unseen which can be nerve wracking. Though the site provided detailed information and pictures, Vince answered all my questions and was very prompt in returning calls, emails and texts. Even after the sale he helped in scheduling my car pickup. I had my car shipped all the way from TX to AL(which actually caused more stress than the purchase). I gave Vince the drivers name/number and he kept me updated of when the driver would arrive and notified me immediately when the car left the dealership. This is something he didn't have to do as he already sold the car but this type of service after the sale stood out to me. The driver even told me that Vince had asked if he could get the car to me by Friday :) Knowing that he was looking out for my purchase from start until it I received the car helped relieve my anxiety. When I received my car it was just as described online and I love it. The only thing missing inside was the SD card. As soon as I notified Vince he mailed it out the same day. I truly feel like I was taken care of through the entire process even though I never stepped foot on the property. I would not hesitate to buy a car from this company and I appreciate the help after the sale. More
