We had several cars lined up to view when we arrived, paperwork was done in a very short period of time and there was no pushy salesman bothering us the entire time. If I had one complaint its the trade-in values offered from here. We bought a loaded Audi q5 from here one year ago with 6k miles on it from the day we bought it, and they offered us 16 thousand for it, over ten thousand less than what we paid for it. That being said we decided not to trade and the rest of the experience was quite pleasant. More

pretty good Found the car I wanted with a fair price and low milage. Felipe was courteous and helped me facilitate the the process from out of town. The paperwork could have been clarified and communicated a little better. I had also asked for a detailed condition of the car since it was an online purchase.Pictures look great, but eye inspections is only the way to truly know. The car was delivered and upon delivery I saw few (6) chips and trunk top scratches that were not conveyed and the under carriage felt material was cracked and hanging down upon arrival. Overall, I'm pleased with the one day ownership of the car , even tho my previous E class 2009 same lunar blue color has fewer chips and hairline scratched than my new vehicle. I will now be taking to get professional wax on the car. It is a fun, smooth drive. I will be going to get a break inspection as, I don't know if this is a newer type break system than my previous car or if they are worn. More

We were immediately greeted my Tricia who was smiling and happy to meet us (even at 5pm on a Friday)! She had the two vehicles we requested to test drive ready and waiting in the front lot for us. She scanned my DL and off we went to drive them around. Once we had made a decision on a vehicle, she directed us to Elias to talk about add-ons and warranty options. At this point, I thought....oh great, we are about to be pushed to buy stuff we don't need. WRONG....he was super chill, explained what he thought would be the best deal, and even lowered the price after approval from his manager if we bundled things together. We told him what we wanted, added it into our monthly financing and we were escorted to Jaime for financing. Jaime was efficient, but detailed when explaining all of the papers you have to sign! It was such an easy process and we were in and out in about 30 minutes I would highly recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends looking for a new car. No haggling, great prices, and nothing "extra" to deal with that a standard dealership would. More

Great Experience Elias was great and I have high expectations. I live in Houston and never saw the car until I drove up to Dallas to purchase it. I knew exactly what Elias was great and I have high expectations. I live in Houston and never saw the car until I drove up to Dallas to purchase it. I knew exactly what I wanted, as I had been looking all over TX for some time, and Elias and eCar made it super easy. We sent the car to an independent mechanic that found some minor issues and Elias got them fixed with no hesitation. They gave me what I think was a very fair trade in amount for my car -- also sight unseen. Financing was a breeze and everything was set up and ready to go when I arrived. I would absolutely buy another car from Elias and eCar again. Trust is important in these deals and my gut was right in trusting Elias as he is absolutely trustworthy. And I'll add, my experience with other dealers in trying to buy this specific type, color and options of M4 was awful. Including from BMW dealers who did not care about getting my business. Save your time and money and go with these guys -- you'll be happy you did. More

Nicely Done! Justin was great, he arranged everything for us, from the airport pickup to having our car by the front door when we arrived. He met us as we drove up to the showroom, showed us the car and gave us the key for the test drive after a walk around and description of the car features. We were pleasantly surprised by the whole process. No pressure, all questions answered promptly, prior to and after arriving. Searching for any issues, we had a small glitch with the a fob battery and a service interval light, both were promptly addressed. Most paperwork was completed online, we finished the final signatures with Silas, who was very helpful as well and we were off! Despite the odometer having some miles on it, it was difficult to tell that the car wasn't new. There were many people constantly working in the showroom and outside preparing cars, detailing them and preparing for deliveries, it was nice to see. Thanks everyone! More
