I was introduced to Blake who showed me the ins and outs of how this dealership was run, which is innovative and extremely low-pressured. Blake helped me find the car me and my wife were looking for and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered. Elias the warranty guy was very knowledgeable of the warranties and I never felt I was being forced to purchase something I didn't need. Once we had our heart set on a car they were fast and efficient and by the time I knew it, the car was in my driveway. I would recommend this dealership again and again. More

Good Deal, Excellent Customer Service & Great Experience! I recently purchased my Audi A6 using eCarOne. I am out of state buyer. I found this car online on their web site. I wasn't sure of buying it without I recently purchased my Audi A6 using eCarOne. I am out of state buyer. I found this car online on their web site. I wasn't sure of buying it without test driving and having it checked by a mechanic. I put down the deposit to reserve this car, but i requested Elias to see if he can have someone drop off this car at local audi dealership so that i can have my pre-buy inspections done. They dropped this car off for me and i got my inspections done. As i was out of state, i asked Elias to do a visual inspection of the car and let me know if he finds any scratches. He found 2 or 3 scratches that he reported me and took care of them. When i arrived, this car was very accurate as in pictures. (even better). Before finalizing the purchase i wanted to try out two other cars. They have huge inventory that i could select from their system and select for a test drive and finally select my car. I highly recommend Elias and EcarOne. More
