His personality and relaxed attitude were top notch. Actually everyone  was very responsive and professional the whole process. eCarOne has a huge selection of higher end, luxury cars, all in absolutely great condition. BMWs, Mercedes, Maseratis, Jaguars, etc… The hardest part was to choose which model to buy since so many were attractively priced. Great business model. Most cars eCarOne gets are well-maintained returned leases that have accumulated very little wear and tear. I was able to get for myself a nice 2014 BMW 3 Series model with low miles at below KBB book price. No haggling and everything was done expeditiously and with courtesy. I came in with a pre-approved loan from EECU and eCarOne dropped the interest rate I got by half a point. I can’t say enough about Dylan. Justin was Amazing!!! I had been looking for a car like mine all weekend and when I woke up Monday morning I saw the car I wanted and it had very low miles so it was what I I had been looking for a car like mine all weekend and when I woke up Monday morning I saw the car I wanted and it had very low miles so it was what I was looking for, so I called Justin and he said i could put 400 to hold which i did. A day later after my bank telling me we were good to-go, we were at the bank getting papers and they said they couldn't approve us because of my job and the way it paid me, so I called Justin and he got on the ball for getting financing through them and it was quick and easy and a better rate. I picked my car up on Thursday after driving in the night before from Amarillo, Tx. It was just an amazing experience at E Car One and I will tell people about you guys and my new friend Justin.
