Key is you need to go in knowing what you want amongst the various options that the make/model you are looking at has. If you know that much and you've done your homework on pricing, be confident you will get a very good price here. They let you test drive the car you want on your own. So, you get to check things out at your leisure and talk all you want about what you like/do not like. If you like the car, the rest is like going to a grocery store.....ring up the car and drive out with your car! The only reason for my 4 starts versus 5 is that it's an experience you got to get used to. I was initially a little concerned with the 'lack of attention', but then realized, it's by design. More

Great communication and a willingness to work with the customer made Vince an excellent resource. What earns them a five star rating is the after sale service that I received. Simply fabulous. Better than some authorized dealerships. The 2016 BMW 528 that we purchased came up with a TPMS malfunction and they took care of it even after 4 weeks of sale. I would definitely consider ecarone again when purchasing another vehicle. And yes the process was quite transparent. More
