How many times have we all heard the words, "What's it going to take to put you in this car today!?". I had more or less accepted this type of behavior as being a normal part of the car buying experience. I had passed by E-CarOne hundreds of times on my commute over the years and had always (wrongfully) assumed that it was some sort of second-rate dealership. I was wrong. E-CarOne is different in a good way! From the beginning I was treated with respect and there was no pressure to buy. Elias was professional and courteous as was the rest of the staff. The unaccompanied test drive was great because it gave me a chance to evaluate the car rather than chat with a salesman. The online credit application was straightforward and I received a call back that same day with approval status and low-rate finance options. While inspecting the car before purchasing, I found a small issue with some paint overspray on the front bumper. This was brought to the attention of a Manager who assured me that they would have the issue corrected. Although I was not completely satisfied with the rework on the bumper, the car was offered at a good price, and I decided to purchase. Signing the paperwork was easy. It literally took less than 10 minutes to sign, and the finance rate and terms were exactly as quoted - no surprises. Elias mentioned that an extended warranty was available but there was no pressure to purchase. By far this was the easiest and best experience I have had purchasing a car from a dealership. He never forced me to buy a car instead he showed me good cars any time I wanted and explained good things about them. He let me decided and I felt very comfortable.
