One of the reasons I like Ecarone is the cars are all in immaculate shape. I purchased my 2014 Stingray with less that 4,000 miles. it was like buying a new car with a significant discount. Average experience, at Best It appears, since we arrived with our own pre-approved finance, we were not given the same level of customer service. We were left alone several times It appears, since we arrived with our own pre-approved finance, we were not given the same level of customer service. We were left alone several times during the process It took the salesman HOURS to send the information to our credit union, when we were told, it was being sent over prior to us leaving the dealership in order to run a few errands. Fast forward (mainly because I won't state each and every 'issue' however, the truck we purchased was not cleaned and had less than a quarter tank of gas. We were told, they were cleaning the truck prior to us coming back to sign all of the paper work. Overall, the experience was nothing above average. There are some very nice vehicles on the lot and appear most are moderately priced. Next time, I will go to a dealership that will AT MINIMIM, clean the vehicle and put gas inside of the tank. More
