A well worth trip to Dallas for my BMW. I am originally from Houston and while I was looking for a pre-owned car, one of my friend referred me to Ecarone. My first glance at the website, it is simple and has all the information that I needed to know of their cars (90+ photos for each feature and accessories). I did compare their prizing with other dealers in Houston and Ecarone's quote was very reasonable of all that I could found so I travelled to Dallas from Houston on a weekend. I met Justin at the dealership and he quickly arranged for a test drive for a vehicle that I shortlisted. He gave me enough time to testdrive and let me inspect the vehicle. After my test drive, I noticed that the rare low profile runflat tires are completely worn out. Justin did a quick and through inspection and worked with the finance team for an approval to get the rare wheels replaced with the brand new ones. They have ordered the tires and I was told that I can goto discount tires near my house(Houston) and have them replaced next week. I am so eager to have them replaced next week. I am glad that I didn't had to push them but they where considerate and agreed to replace the tires. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with them and I would recommend you to check on their cars and call Justin if you are interested in any of their cars. More
