I have never liked the process of buying a car, let alone a car on the internet. I looked and priced cars for over a month and found a Lexus SC430 I liked at E-Car One in Carrollton Texas. I emailed the dealership for info a recieved a reply from Rob Abusaad. The entire process was better that I ever expected. Rob was great! Having lived in Texas previously, they took the car to my former Texas mechanic who gave it a clean bill of health and then a friend of mine took it for a test drive. Rob was great staying in touch and arranging whatever I needed to have done. They shipped my car to me and I couldn't be happier with the results! I would highly reccomend E-Car One and Rob Abusaad! Good—Large inventory of luxury cars with reasonable (not the lowest) price. Bad – Sales reps are too busy to devote time for you. I interacted with Paul before visiting their showroom. Another rep, Savannah, did help me with my other questions and car history reports. I test drove a couple of cars and liked one, but it had some sensor issues which needed to be fixed. I did not buy the car from here, as I found similar car with better price elsewhere. More

Showroom experience is great but the purchase experience itself was poor. Salesman had very poor communication skills and didn't describe the process well. We had to wait a couple of hours for the car to be released because of their finance process. It has never taken me more than 30 minutes to complete the paperwork for a car purchase before but this was hours. More

I bought a car here over the weekend and was beyond happy with their service! I found E-Car One via cars.com and was a little hesitant since they're not your traditional Ford/Chevy/etc dealership. We were not pressured into anything and I really appreciate the "no hassle" sales. Since they mostly deal with luxury cars (we bought a Jeep from there) we got the best deal for our BMW trade in. Rocky and the team were very helpful and worked with us to get the best deal possible for financing as well. These guys were great and I would highly recommend them! It was an incredibly painless process! More
