He is a consummate professional, well versed in his field, and knowledgeable about each car in inventory. But everyone I encountered was pleasant and professional. There is not a need for aggressive sales tactics because the cars are priced great. Best prices ever. I purchased and traded in a car. Both transactions were seamless, fair, and pain free. From the beginning he had a great attitude! He was very knowledgeable about cars, and never once did we feel he was hustling us. He came across very honest, which is rare for a car salesman Lol! We called up Chris, and he apologized and told us to go to any Porsche dealership to pick some up and they would pay for them - Now that’s great customer service!
