I traveled to Rockland Chrysler Jeep Ram for an AC
service. I had to travel back twice within one week. The final trip I was told after 24+ hours with my vehicle the mechanics couldn’t find the issue.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
Purchased 5 cars there and three months out of warranty, will not honor a well known TSB or even offer a discount for changing manifolds on my Ram.
