Ive been having a recall on my airbags for some time now. I scheduled an appointment on april 15, where my car was picked up set at the dealership all day and nothing was done to it. It was brought back to me the same way that it left. I wrote a review and the district manager at the time Mike reached out to me to make things better so that my experience could be much better. I was offered several things on the event of picking my car up to fix the recall so that i could have a more pleasant-able experience. Unfortunately he was let go a couple days later. I have been calling and reaching out to Wyatt Johnson Ford, to get my car back to them because i was told it needed to be fixed ASAP because of the airbags. But trying to get someone to give me a call back to accommodate these promises, no one will call me back. I have called SEVERAL times to where the representative have sent SEVERAL messages to management and no one will call me back. Who do i reach out to in HIGHER MANAGEMENT. Because I’m tired of calling only for no one to call me back or anything. But long as I’m spending cash i have no issues with a call back. But due to it being a RECALL this is the WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had. More
Car buying can be so stressful, but my sales girl HALEY was beyond amazing! That girl does such a great job and wasn't pushy at all. She's more than qualified to sale cars that's for sure! I can usually find something wrong with all sales people but not her! She's Wyatt Johnson Ford's ace in the back pocket! Her friendliness goes beyond selling cars and her work ethic is impeccable! Doing a great job maintaining the shady car dealership stereotype! Bought a 2022 F-150 less than 3 months ago from here, and the battery was having issues, so I got it checked out here. Turns out it neede stereotype! Bought a 2022 F-150 less than 3 months ago from here, and the battery was having issues, so I got it checked out here. Turns out it needed replacing and had lost its warranty! So, I was originally quoted just under $500 to replace the battery. Turns out that quote was incorrect, but I still had to pay about $300 to replace a battery that now has a 3 year warranty, but the truck that is under 3 years old couldn't get the warranty for the existing battery. Neither the service person I was working with or their supervisor would look me in the eye when explaining this situation because they clearly knew I was getting hosed. Won't be back, won't be bringing any further business here. So I paid just under $700 to get a bed cover attached and replace a battery. Was told the truck was done and got to sit at the dealership for another 45 minutes while they were still working on it too, great communication! More
My son brought our car in to get the breaks checked. The next day, we received an estimate for $3300; just a complete rip off when I called another dealership in Nashville for comparison. It turns out that we declined the service, took it to another dealership and paid $383 for a diagnostic and brake pads; problem solved. It turns out, Johnson Ford fraudulently mis-diagnosed the car and had several unrelated upcharges added. This is a WARNING that the service department is corrupt beyond comprehension and DO NOT TAKE your car here for repairs. More

Wyatt Johnson service after the sale of a used auto was disappointing. I had called my sales consultant Charles and informed him of the passenger side tire rubbing the plastic wheel cover that had loosened disappointing. My sales rep Charles talked with the service manager who told him the previous owner had put oversized tires on the truck I purchased. This was difficult to understand as the passenger side tire was the only tire with the issue and my neighbor who works for Nissan and I could feel the loos plastic tire cover over that tire but none of the rest of the plastic tire covers were loose he said appears a couple screws or clamps had come loose and fell out. but per the service manager nothing they could assist me with so my neighbor assisted me. This is not the example of customer service level I was expecting from a good buying exp but tells me this will probably be the service experience from the service dept and manager going forward if I need any assistance. Places a huge drop in any previous customer service excellence experience you may have experienced not a good look for the overall dealership! More
