I purchased what was supposed to be a 2016 certified Pre-owned vehicle from this place about a month ago and it has been from one service center to the next. In the shop more than I have driven it. The dealership knew about the issue prior to me purchasing it and told me it was something that it wasn’t. We found out the issue was more than just a simple fix. They kept the truck for over a week, with little to no communication with me. The general manager decides to be condescending and aggressive with me without knowing anything about the situation. She apologizes. I get the truck back only to have the same issues. I’ve made several attempts to communicate with them and can never get a response. As I type the vehicle is now at the service center of a dealer that specializes in this make of vehicle. This is the short version of my horrific experience. I would NEVER recommend Anyone doing business with them and I surely wouldn’t visit again to buy a bike. -Sincerely PISSED!!
