With limited nearby (North Carolina) supply of what I wanted in a Bmw I was forced to look nationwide. I find the exact car I wanted at century Bmw in Huntsville Alabama. Carl Erwin mh sales rep and the staff here couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase not having physically seen the car in person. Additional pictures and video was taken and sent to me. I was assured the car was put through a rigorous inspection that all certified bmws are out through. When the car arrived today I couldn’t have been happier. The condition of the car was EXACTLY as described by Carl. I even got a couple nice swag gifts from them. Was an overall A++ experience

The team at Land Rover Gulf Coast is excellent. I was down to two vehicles, one from another dealership, and the experience I had with David Baker and the rest of the team became a major factor in my decision to do business with them. You can tell they're team has great chemistry and enjoy working together. It is infectious to the clients walking in the door. They even invited me to their company Thanksgiving lunch the day I purchased. Best experience I've had at a dealership.

Service going backwards - robbie
The service at Range Rover has always been top notch but it is going backwards very quickly. Leaving a message to get a scheduled service doesn't work. Going on line and scheduling a service doesn't work. Trying to get a service now it takes days to get one. I had my Range Rove in for service at 7:30 for multi-point checklist and tire rotation and got out at 1:38 is ridiculous. The tech went to lunch and when he got back it was done in 30 minutes or less. They charged me 24.93 for hazardous waste disposal is a joke. In talking to some of your employees the mood is awful compared to what it was before. Something has changed and it is not for the good. I have purchased multiple vehicles from there and referred multiple people to buy from here but this is not going to happen again until I try it again one more time. Someone needs to look up the definition of service.
