Took my older Civic for oil change, and tire rotation as usual. And, as usual, the people (Toni to name but one) were professional, friendly and as always, very helpful. With the diagnostic, a few things were recommended and of course I did most for the car. It is running and riding like a dream. King Honda is a Great bet and a safe one too. Highly recommend!

Stuck in Mobile with a dead alternator on our way to our grandson’s graduation, we called Tom at Springhill, and we were very glad we did. The tow truck dropped the car on Thursday evening, we made the graduation and Tom had the car repaired and ready to go when promised Friday noon and at the quoted price. The work was done quickly, efficiently and with great courtesy. We hope not to have the problem in Mobile again, but if we did we would call on this dealership in a minute.

Came in for a recall and to get the paint protection coat applied on my vehicle. Anthony Fields, the Service Advisor, really came through for me—hooked me up with a free detail! I was fully expecting to have to pay to get the outside cleaned before they could apply the protection, but he made it happen at no extra cost. Super chill, super helpful. 10/10 service. Hope this free detail thing keeps happening because I am not complaining!

I bought a part on 5/6/24 in the amount of 1405.53. Turns out I didn’t need the part and returned it ( Unopened) on 5/7/24 and they would only refund me 80% of the cost to purchase. They refunded me 1155.53. I then asked about the 3% they charged me to use my credit card and they stated that they don’t refund any of that amount. So in all they stole 292.17 from me. Lesson learned, you will never get another opportunity at my business.
