The folks in the service department at Benton Nissan are the BEST! I had an appointment for brake inspection and to check the tire air (admittedly two fairly minor items but important none the less!). They were so nice and did a great job letting me know the status of my brakes and tires, and testing the tire pressure so that I would feel safe on my upcoming lengthy driving trip. Besides always being friendly and courteous, I really appreciate how thorough they always are.

I had the best customer service through the whole experience at Hallmark Nissan. I went in for car service/repair. A lovely young lady, Hannah was very polite, patient and kind. The other staff, I am sorry I can’t remember his name but he drove me to get my rental was very kind and friendly as well. Dawn at the rental center was truly amazing as well. Best customer service ever.

Cody Hendrix in service was the first to help me — he fit me in immediately, personally drove me to Enterprise for a rental, and even connected me with a sales advisor when I mentioned I might just buy a new car instead of repairing mine. That’s how I met G, the BEST sales advisor. I had never purchased a car completely on my own before, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough every step of the way. He showed me multiple options, and I fell in love with a 2021 4Runner. G truly made the experience easy and stress-free — he even came to pick me up from the rental car place the next day and spent nearly an hour outside in the heat helping me transfer all of my things from my old Jeep into my new car. That kind of dedication is rare, and I’m so grateful. Finally, Desmond in finance helped finalize everything. He was personable, patient, and made the process smooth — even when I ran into an issue with my card limit. He never made me feel rushed and walked me through everything with ease. From Cody to G to Desmond, every single person made what started as a stressful situation into an amazing car buying experience. I am so grateful that Mitchell Nissan and all the people involved there are in my life! I'm not young. I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Mitchell Nissan and their team have always surpassed my expectations. Joy Gibson always picks up my car from my work and takes it in and the service department does their magic and keeps it running great and also cleans it up. It is totally amazing. I really appreciate the fact that they communicate with me during the service to ensure that everything is done that I expected and they let me know what service is upcoming so I can stay on top of it. And then they send me a notice when it's time. In the busy world we live, this is a great relationship! Service was absolutely terrible. I brought in a part to be changed with the oil change (oil cap assembly) and the charged me $80 labor. Literally, the part that you take off to swap filters. They treat you like an idiot and milk every dollar. They’ll lose more than $80 as I have multiple Toyotas and buy new vehicles fairly regularly.

Tried to take back to service and Ford had set up a loner for me but Long Lewis wud not except so they didn't give me a loner and they did not service the vehicle. Had to take to another dealer. Very bad customer service.
