Dropped 09 Eos off for service in June 2020. Had an issue with leaking frame on the passenger side (2nd time, same side). As of 1/12/2021 still don't have the car back. Last inquiry about the status we were told the leak is fixed, windshield wiper arm needs replacing. Jack Ingram VW has had the car for 7 months without a good explanation why.

This review is a little late coming. We were driving through Alabama about six months ago when our Eurovan had a Check Engine Light problem. Luckily this dealership was only a few miles away so I had the van towed there. It was just before closing but Bill in service could not have been friendlier or more accommodating, he was the best. They looked at it first thing, found out what the problem was and called me for an OK to order parts. Parts came in the next day and we were on the way. Great friendly service and great professional work done. We don't like to break down, but we were glad we did in Dothan Alabama! I'll stop for an oil change my next time through town.

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.
Worst Dealership - Bigfish
Called for service on my new Golf had bad MDI cable. They kept my car all day and could not find problem. Svc Mgr called me next day told me it could take up to 8 hr rewirng and 6 weeks. Since I bought from out of state dealership they could not help. I called the dealer that I bought it from and in 5 min was able to solve problem, mailed me correct cable. Apparently VW recall on 2015 Golf MDI cable. Hmmmm wonder why Dean don't those??
