High integrity and honesty - BobTheBuilder
Our 5th wheel was destroyed and we were desperately looking for a similar replacement without much luck. I finally located what appeared to be a pristine BH 3670RL at Landon's RV in Mesa for a fair asking price. I immediately called and told the sales person, Josh VanVaukenburg, our situation and that I wanted it. I still work full time plus having to deal with insurance and unload the destroyed unit. It was all totally consuming to the point I could not travel to Mesa to see the unit. I told Josh I would buy it sight unseen, wanted them to install a bedroom AC, do a thorough inspection and deliver it. When I told him I was still dealing with insurance but could go ahead and send a substantial deposit since I wanted them to start immediately, his response was if I trusted him he trusted me and I didn't need to send a deposit!
By the end of the next day they had worked all day, had the AC in and were taking care on truly nit picking items. Josh did a long walk through video he posted for us that was amazing in detail. He was also very responsive to all phone calls and emails. I am highly pleased with Josh and Landon's. I believe they are meticulous and of high integrity and have no qualms about trusting them.
Smooth from start to finish - Tucandave
We were looking at bigger 5th wheels. We had been to a few dealers but nelsons stood out to us. No pressure sales, no DEALER PREP FEES they got it ready and did a walk thru/ orientation and fixed everything we saw. Robert met us in the pouring rain and gave my wive a umbrella and took us to the first rv we wanted to see. It was smooth. We picked the one we wanted and i went to my CU for loan and we went back and forth with paperwork.
We set time to pick up for nov 2ed was a very smooth process and they gave a starter rv kit.
The best part came when i got back to my campground discoverd i had a bad power cable that goes to pedistal, called them and james got me on phone with one of his guys we cordnated to meet half way from them and benson and got me a new cable.
I am very happy and my wife is to.
This is my 3rd rv and by far the best experience
And the Jayco was marked under blue book.
I'm in the market for an imagine 2250rk. I spoke to... - eugene
I'm in the market for an imagine 2250rk. I spoke to Chris, salesperson who was very polite; however I was very offended when Chris explained to me that his boss Jeff told him that no one was selling RVs at the price I shared with him from a RV dealer in Texas.
While this was shared with me by Chris, I found this to be offensive since I'm a serious buyer and only stated the truth which I backed up with a text proving my statement.
This RV dealership also wanted to charge a $400.0] plus admin. Fee. So bottom line is they want almost the same price for a 2019 as the other dealer for 2020. Outrageous!
When I spoke to Jeff about my concern, he back peddled stating that i misunderstood!
And that if i did post my concern that it would not be accurate.
Sorry Jeff, but this is an accurate account of the event/statements.
What a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! - retsgt2010
With all the bad reviews of Camping World, I have to say I was really doubtful that this one would be any better than the others. I am from Michigan, came to Arizona and had some issues with my Thor MH and brought it in to be serviced. Doug Deets was my contact person in the Service Dept and I can't say enough about this guy. Very Professional, followed through with his word, did warranty work and showed me how to re-align my sliders that were out of sync. I really loved that he listened to me, answered all my questions (I'm a Newbie), and showed me how to insinc my sliders (2018 Thor Ace). I highly recommend this Camping World and Doug Deets if you need your MH serviced. KUDOS to Doug Deets, I WILL be back!!!
Gave the service department 5 stars last year, if I could... - Tim Yacovone
Gave the service department 5 stars last year, if I could give them 6 stars this year I would. Gave them a long list to do this year, they ran down my list and not only took care of needed repairs, but told me what I didn't need. I am in the service related industry my self on heavy vehicles, these guy are great.
Warranty Work/Repairs - PattioH
So, we purchased a new fifth wheel from Orangewood a year ago. A Montana, not cheap. It was in the shop for repairs last year for 2-3 months. We notified them that it needed additional warranty work 7 weeks ago. Heater does not distribute well, 2nd air conditioner does not work in hot weather, 2 large pieces of trim inside just fell off, and several smaller items. It took 2 weeks just to get an 'appointment' to bring it in. It has now been 7 weeks and NOTHING has been done. We don't hear from them at all until I remind my husband to call them to see what the status is on any of the repairs. To date, we have no date scheduled for any of the items needing work.

The salesman Joe was very disrespectful of me as a customer - Ronnie
I talked to Joe from Auto Boss RV of and on for around a couple three months about an rv I found on a site and watched a video about the rv he had posted on YouTube. Seemed like such a good deal and the rv was almost perfect. I called him and told him I bought the plane ticket to fly down and pick it up if it was as he described. He had over a week to get it ready for my 19 hour trip home. I flew there and he picked me up at the airport. To my surprise he said he had the rv at the workshop and decided to fix a few things on it and again when I got there I was surprised they had put on new decals and done some paint work and not to touch the paint. Well according to the video it was almost perfect although Joe did tell me of some imperfections before my flight there, but I was surprised they had to do some paint work.
Anyway it all looked ok and so now I thought I would start with the engine. I fired it up and went straight to the tranny and pulled the dipstick and the oil was plum black with grit like sand was in the tranny. ( It must of gotten hot and the grit was probably clutch material) So any way I told them no deal and Joe said that there were two kinds of people who come to buy an rv. Those who come and close the deal and those who come to find an excuse to no buy the rv. I asked him if he really meant it and he said he did. Well you do the math. It would have been a lot cheaper and easier to just call this creep and tell him I was not interested instead of flying there just to be stranded for two days and without any wheels to get around. But it ended pretty well have a couple extra days and $700.00 later as I found a better deal at Superstition RV and treated a lot better than Joe at Auto Boss.
Now in the reviews Joe return a reply to my review that I was rude towards his staff and that is why he said what he said and he would do it again. That is not even close to the truth. Maybe Joe was having a bad day because I asked him if he talked to other customers that was and he said he did. So guess I leave it up to you. Never been treated that way.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - jk123
We purchased a new fifth wheel less than a year ago and it has been in the service center for weeks and weeks. Nothing is ever fixed correctly. We have given them dates (like a month out) and told them we needed it fixed by then and we never hear back. We've had to cancel camping plans several times now because they can't get it together and actually fix anything. If I could give 0 stars, I would. STAY AWAY!
