I have been going to Nissan since two years ago and Eddie Valdez has been my service rep and has helped me a lot on making sure my Versa gets the oil changed, tires rotated and gets the proper attention my Versa needs. He explains to me the process, what the car needs and shows me the lobby where to get coffee and donuts. This last time he fixed my Versa on a RECALL, but I got attention by a sales person and turned in my VERSA for a Sentra. I went to Eddie and told him what I did and he said I did the right choice by upgrading to a better transportation and informed me on what warranty to get for my new car! I will continue to go to Eddie and drive 2 hrs to get there!! GOOD JOB EDDIE!

I recently purchased a CPO 2018 Altima SR from Midway Nissan about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday (9/27/20) the SRS light came on and remained on. In light of being a safety concern for my family, I took the car in this morning (9/27/20) WITHOUT an appointment or any prior notification at all. As I pulled into the service drive, I located Kyle Hammontree, my service advisor and briefly explained the issue. Kyle was just finishing up with a customer and promptly located me waiting in the service "breezeway". He explained, in a professional manner, what was going to take place over the course of the day, and the means/methods that were going to be used in the repair. Not only that, but he arranged for a Lyft to get me to work.......All in a matter of minutes!! I was at my place of business in about 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the service "breezeway". Time tends to become a commodity for many of us as we get older. This was an impressive experience, and I felt it incumbent upon myself to write a quick review before getting to my daily tasks at work. Thank You Kyle H!! Much appreciated!

My 2017 Nissan Sentra wouldn't turn on. Called Lisa the service manager at Sonora Nissan who couldn't have been more helpful. After trying a couple things with no results they got me a tow into Sonora and fixed issue before noon next day. Rocio greeted me and was very nice. They even washed the car. They really did a super job with the best customer service. I live alone with only one car so I was stressed. So pleased with their help. Thank you Sonora Nissan Service Dept. team.

I have had my Nissan serviced 5 or 6 times at this dealership. In the past I have never been completely happy with the service. While the car was still under warranty I asked them to look into a rattle in the rear trunk area. They kept denying that there was any rattle so I just decided to give up. During all of these visits, however, they were always trying to push parts or service that I did not need. The car had only about 30,000 miles and they were telling me I needed new tires. I asked them to stop all the "up selling" and they got upset.
Today I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The rear tires are in good condition and the front tires need to be replaced in about a year or so but have plenty of tread-wear left. The service technician refused to rotate my tires and said they needed to be replaced. They gave me some big story about "Nissan Policy". I went to both the sales manager and the general manager to discuss this. They continued with the same line. I then went to a local repair shop and they laughed and said that Thoroughbred was just trying to sell me some new tires. The local shop changed my oil and rotated my tires with no problem.
I don't trust Thoroughbred Nissan. They always want to sell me something that I don't need, as was the case today. Finally, when I tried to resolve this with the "General Manager" I was told that they did not want my business and to not come back.
My opinion is that they seem like a bunch of con-artists and when they get caught then they get defensive.
I Don't trust them.

Absolutely, DO NOT have your vehicle serviced here. DO NOT make the mistake I have. Had my car reapplication. Which, is part of my warrenty. Dropped off. Picked up. Notice damaged cracking under the paint, when I got out of my car when I reached home. Called immediately. Which, was day before Thanksgiving. Was told, I needed to wait till Friday. Brought in friday to be looked at. The gentleman said it looks like something might have been compressed against it. Which, would cause the cracking. I told him, I wash my car 2 times a week. I did before bringing it to their service shop. I know every mark on that car. Those mark's were not there. I hand dry my car as well. Was told i had to wait until monday for then to look at the camera. Was told on tuesday could not see anything on camera on voicemail. I called back request them to look again. Never heard back. They should give a check list when dropping off. As well as picking up. Untrustworthy, with ones property. I would never recommend this location. I worked hard for what I have, and am sure you have as well. Do NOT make the same mistake I did by trusting them with my property.

I have a 2016 Nissan Altima. Transmission broke and we took it to the dealership cause it had warranty. Few months later it broke again and I had to pay $3000 dlls cause the warranty expired. The place told us that the transmission was in poor condition, the dealership never touched it, no maintenance at all. So is this what maintenance is for? Will never go back to Jim click.
