On average, even when I have an appointment, it still seems to take a while to get the oil changed. Last appointment I had, my car was finished for 15-20 minutes but nobody could take 2 minutes out of what they were doing, to check us out. Also, the lady who checked us out was going to try and charge us, without even looking at the paperwork. (Under 24k miles, so free oil change). The last visit was just a lack of care and professionalism in the employee(s).

Inept Service Scheduler and deceitful website. After reviewing their website and seeing it was listed as a Honda “EV HUB” my wife called to schedule an appointment for her ’24 Prologue, the Scheduler told her they worked on those and proceeded to schedule her an appointment for the following Monday. We dropped the Prologue off the Sunday evening before for the first appointment of the following day. At 7:50 a.m. on that Monday the Service Manager called and explained to my wife they do not service EV’s. So, I called Honda of America around 9 a.m. the same day to ask for a recommendation of a Service Department that would service the vehicle, and they stated the closest service department was Fletcher, so I explained to Honda that the Service Manager stated that this isn’t the case and we would have to take it somewhere else. Honda of America was completely confused by this also but recommended another dealership 30 minutes further away. I hope this goes better; this is our first Honda vehicle and unless something changes drastically will be our last. This is our third EV, with none of them being a Tesla due to Service Department distance from our home, and we have never had a issue such as this with Ford Or VW.

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point. Always friendly and helpful!

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle. I haven't, as yet, purchased a vehicle from this dealership, so I can't say anything one way or the other regarding their sales, but I have taken a '91 Civic I used to own to them for minor repairs a few times. Each time I waited while they did the work. The staff were friendly without being pushy or intrusive, and, more importantly, they did good work and finished very quickly without charging an arm and a leg. I can't say whether their work on makes other than Hondas is as good, but they did quality work at a reasonable price. If you own a Honda and need work done on it, I'd recommend them as soon as any mechanic. Wesley B.
