I received misleading information about my vehicle’s coolant system. Despite having recently replaced the radiator, water pump, and coolant reservoir, the service team insisted only that “the system needs cleaning.” This diagnosis felt fabricated and unnecessary.
⏰ Delays & Communication
Although I had already received an email detailing all diagnostic findings and repair prices, they delayed returning my car. Each time I called, they told me it wasn’t ready—without explaining the hold-up. When I arrived, Christopher told me they were waiting on car issue information, even though I already had it, and when I asked about the price, Chris again said to wait, despite me possessing that information as well.

Christopher’s attitude was unprofessional. Each interaction involved vague excuses, poor follow-through, and no real answers. Rather than facilitating the process, it felt like obfuscation.
