Good Service - Educator
This is the second Lincoln I have bought from this dealership and I would trust no other dealership with my Lincoln purchases. The servicing of my cars have always been impeccable. The crew makes sure that things are working as expected. I could easily go to dealerships closer to my home, but I feel better when this dealership services my car.

The whole staff from front desk people, to the service advisor Aloha, to the mechanics who do such good work are a pleasure to work with. I have used this facility four times and have been very pleased with the customer service and quality of work each time. It’s a pleasure to endorse this facility. I would recommend them to anyone.

Been here twice and it has taken 3 hours minimum both times for an oil change. Only reason I come here is because I bought the car here and I have lifetime oil changes. I’d rather pay instead of waiting 3+ hours.

worst dealer in California! ask them for the "qcp" ratings. they hire stoned teenagers to "work" on your car and have the cranked up "shop foreman" checks in them time to time. AVOID this place!
I went to the Mazda service department at Palm Springs... - Rick
I went to the Mazda service department at Palm Springs Motors to ask them for help in learning how to disengage the auto parking brake on my new 2021 Mazda 3. The owners manual says this should be done before you use an automatic car wash. I didn't realize this was a problem until I had the car washed for the first time as the rear wheels stayed locked as the car went down the line in neutral...dragging the rear tires. The manual lists 2 different methods for disengaging the automatic parking break...but both methods are rather involved with numerous steps. I've tried both methods but whatever I'm doing isn't working.
So I go into the Mazda service area on a quiet Thursday mid-afternoon...not a customer around, but there was a service rep at the desk. I told him my story and showed him copies of the manual pages that explain how to disengage that brake...asking him to show me in the car how to perform this function. His response was that he didn't know how to do it, and no one else there would know how to do it. He didn't look at the printed directions I brought in, he didn't offer any help at all...never got off his stool. What he did tell me was that I should just tell the car wash to leave the car running in neutral when going through the line. His whole attitude was that he could care less about learning about or helping me with the procedure to disengage the automatic parking break. In my opinion, he was simply was too lazy to help...didn't make any effort at all.
I left thinking that my car is new, less than 1,500 miles on it...the car is not having a problem, but I just needed some help with this, and I couldn't get it. I hope that when I need maintenance work done that this lazy rep will show some interest. I'm writing reviews and writing the service manager. I'm contacting the Mazda regional office and I'm going to find out how to perform the procedure one way or another.
Before buying a Mazda in the Coachella Valley...think about this... There is only one Mazda dealership here...and these guys aren't interested.

Arrived at 8:30, without a service appointment. 30 minutes later I had not been greeted by anyone. A worker put one of those little numbered caps on my car, but nothing, nada, after that. I made the tight u turn and left, stopping at the official greeter to return the cap. She said nothing, offered nothing.
