Toyota Carlsbad Collision Center went above and beyond for my repairs and repaint. Their staff were always courteous, excellent at managing expectations, and most importantly to me: transparent. Robert talked me through all of my available options for my car's paint issues, and was upfront about which options might be best for me--even if that best option financially might be to not get some services done. This earned my trust with him and the collision center, and was why I chose them for my repairs in the end. Repairs happened quickly, and I was always informed along the way. My car came back newer looking than when I first bought it used, and I was surprised to find they'd cleaned my interior too. I'll definitely work with them again if my Toyota needs more services!

Absolutely the worst post-sale support. - Disgruntled Client

Absolutely the worst post-sale support. They forced me to buy OPTIONAL components explaining that they had been pre-installed and hence not optional. Most importantly, they NEVER provided activation code for location device (one of the "options") which now almost a year later I am still trying to get. While the car is great, I see no reason for anybody not to go to the Glendale or Santa Monica locations where they care about their customers. 04/17/2024 - MAJOR UPDATE. What a difference a new management makes! In my original review I rated them with 1 star, as the previous management and sales staff were not good. That said, with Mark Thomas, as a new GM, everything turned completely around: I got the best complimentary first year service along with the royal treatment. Today I also got my long-fought for refund for the tracking device which was shoved down my throat by previous management. Mark being extremely busy was very responsive and understanding. Also I would like to acknowledge Nevaline from Finance who cut me a refund check and also offered help if I needed anything. Now I can only hope that the new car will turn out to be as good as their new management!

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!
