Might be the best business I ever reviewed!
I had some damage to the rear bumper of my baby (2012 335i E92) that I started to research on getting repaired. I started by getting quotes all over the bay area. I received prices that were all over the place as one would expect. Although I did not want to overpay what was really important to me was the quality of the work. After extensive research on Yelp, BMWCCA, and BMW forums I found out that the BEST body shop in the bay area (possible in all of California) to get your BMW repaired is BMW Concord Collision Center.
After requesting my quote on Yelp I was contacted by Kevin Miller who ended up being the manager there. Not only was he super friendly and helpful he was willing to work with me on the price and get this, the quote he ended up giving me was the lowest I was given by any body shop in the bay! How is that for a pleasant surprise?! Everyone usually assumes going straight to BMW will be the most costly option but not at BMW Concord Collision! I made my appointment to drop off my baby and was recommended by Kevin to ask for Cameron who was my service adviser who was nothing but stellar. He came out to meet me immediately and informed me of everything that will be done and kept me up to date including pictures along the way! The shop is immaculate and all the employees are super friendly and helpful.
Where better to get you BMW fixed then a certified BMW collision center?! Not only that these guys have been written up for their excellent work in BMW Roundel magazine and many other publications. They are so good that people bring them their non BMW vehicles!
Big thanks to the man Kevin Miller! You run an amazing shop and I am lucky to have found you guys. My rear bumper looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line thanks to Kevin and his amazing staff. You have a customer and advocate for life!

Decided to go look at the Audi Q7 and see if it was the car we would need for our family. Wow! Love our new car! Syed Ali is a wonderful salesman great working with someone who really loves his job and very personable, knows the Audi cars and took us through the transaction with ease!! These guys don't sell cars they repair cars for other dealerships in the area.
So if a Range Rover dealer gets a Porsche trade in with problems they send it to exclusive motors for repair since they Land Rover dealers don't work on other brands.
I am not sure how many brands Exclusive Motors are dealer capable. But you see lots of European new cars on their lot.

Their service time was up to 5:30 pm and we arrived around 4:30. Coming from LA, going to Whistler, Canada. All of a sudden warning lights of break and eye sight turned on and won't go away. We are not risk taker.

Everyone is very helpful and service was easy. Only thing that is confusing is getting to the right location. Sales is the default online and is on Paseo Del Norte. While service on on ave encinas.

AirBag Recall Replacement: When I called for an appointment, they scheduled me for about a month out. I arrived 15 mins. early & was assisted in a relatively short period of time but Greg. He was very accommodating, but, noticeably handling a busy workload. He was gracious & professional. I had no issues with his service. When I asked how long the wait would be he said it could be up to 3+ hours. This was the first I was told. I feel the appointment individuals should warn customers up front of the wait time. Since I had no backup, I used the complimentary shuttle to the nearby mall. After hanging there for 2 hrs I call for a pickup back to the Dealership. Once again I was not informed that I may have to wait up to an hour before pickup. This, I was told after two calls to Customer Service. After 3 hrs, my car was ready. Maybe I need to be more proactive, but, Customer Service should leave no doubts in their customers' minds. If after 3 hrs my car was washed, I may have left happier!

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!
