BMW Concord Collision Center is better than the rest!!!!!!! - kevinb
I met Kevin Miller immediately upon arriving at the collision center for the first time. Great attitude and just a really nice guy. My BMW is very important to me and I am known as being very, very, very picky when it comes to my cars. Kevin put me at ease and explained how my BMW would look when finished. The X5 looks new, so new I had a Xpel clear bra put on it for protection. Kevin was so helpful and the finished product looks so good, I will never consider bringing my vehicles to another shop. My niece thought their work was so good, she brought in her Audi . Thank you, Kevin, David and "Mo".

Car came back with damage twice. - christerm
Had my brand new 2018 BMW 530e in for installing lowering springs. It came back with incorrectly installed rear deck shelf. Took it in again to have it fixed, it came back with a chipped front bumper. Only way to fix it is to replace or repaint the whole bumper which i don't want to do on a brand new car. Nice guys, but would not leave any newer car there again.

I came today to get an oil change 02/02/2019 I’ve been coming g here for years. Since I bought my hummer here. They had the best customer service but today my husband forgot his oil change coupon And the wife could not find a current one to send to me. They did not honor the one I had. And not only that the service man Felipe cornejo 8345 was the rudest nastiest person ever Thinking in not coming for anymore service here

They kept my car for 3 months for a repair that should have taken 3 weeks. Worst part Brian and office manager don’t return phone calls and when you do get them on the phone they can’t give you any time frame on your car. They blame my insurance company or the Mercedes dealership for the delays. Offered me a $500 rebate after the fact but I would have to sign to not disparage them in any way. I told them no way I would not give them a review. Stay away from these people. They don’t care!

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!
