I am not going to be one of those angry people who will just rant and rave. I am posting this so that another young family will not let this happen to them. This dealership, Miramar Motorsports will ultimately be delt with by a higher power then I. They are salesmen I will give them that. Not honest, but they are making a sale. They told my family member the SUV he was looking at was well known by them because it came from a friend who’s son played soccer with their son and sold the SUV to them. Well, the truth is Miramar Motorsports bought it from El Cajon Toyota. My son surveyed the SUV from bumper to bumper and everything looked fine. We took it for a test drive, no problems. After his cash purchase for the SUV we drove home in RUSH HOUR, stop and go, traffic. That’s where the problem was actually found. The dealership was IMMEDIATELY contacted and the SUV was taken to them. They reported they lubed the axel/driveshaft and it should be fine. IT WAS NOT! The lunge, lurch or jump forward from stop was not changed. The dealership now tells the buyer has gone down the rabbit hole diagnosing the problem and they were done with him even though it came with a 30 day/1000 mile warranty. El Cajon Toyota disagrees with Miramar Motorsports. Please stay away from Miramar Motorsports. Don’t let this happen to you. There are hundreds of other honest dealers to go to. This review has nothing to do with the buyer of the vehicle, it is by a witness to the event.

I came to Alpha Armeno on a Saturday afternoon (July 30th) with the intention of purchasing a BMW I saw online, Now I do not have the best credit and after already being turned down and hearing No after NO, ALPHA ARMENO took a chance on me. I came in with proof of income and $1,000 and was instantly approved I was in SHOCK how could this be after all I've hearing was NO NO NO NO from these other places. I am glad I made the smart choice to purchase my car at AA and grateful that there is still businesses out there that truly care about their customers and actually DELIVER on their promises. This review is a bit late coming but here’s my story. Last year I purchased a 2017 Ram 1500 from this dealership. I came here early in the morning to see this truck and before I left that same day it had brand new tires installed, a fresh oil change, new brakes and a front end alignment done. With only 35,000 miles on this vehicle I can only say that I absolutely love this truck. I believe that John gave us the best deal possible! I came across Automotion's website while looking for cars online recently. They have the majority of their inventory online, which is great if you don't have a lot of time to waste wondering around car lots. I inquired about a few different cars through their link and Eric got right back to me to answer any questions I had. I set up an appointment for a test drive and loved the IS 300 they had. I did have a down payment but not great credit and they were able to work with me and get me a great deal. I have had my car for about 6 months now and am still loving it and have not had any issues. They have great customer service and aren't supervisor pushy. I would definitely recommend Automotion to friends and family

total bait and switch! run your credit with out your approval, car had $1000 in out of pocket repairs 4 days from driving off lot! $200 in car rental charges, service never answers phone, no return calls, sales person has no clue of automobiles. customer service HORRIBLE. its worth going somewhere else. Was told one thing one the phone made appointment, then shoulders shrugging when you get their. no one knows anything!

When searching for my new Tundra I looked EVERYWHERE. The only dealership that was willing to order the truck for me and not charge an exorbitant amount was Rogers & Rogers Toyota. After ordering the truck I received a few phone calls with updates. Within a few weeks they had called to let me know the scheduled build date. Once the truck was built they gave me an ETA for arrival to the dealership. Within 60 days I hd my custom built truck parked in my driveway! These guys are awesome!

Best experience ever buying a car. Normally a woman would go with a male friend, husband or partner to look for cars. After reading the online reviews, I decided to believe what I read and I went alone. I left the place with my dream car: a manual Black Camaro. One of the owners, Kevin took care of me, and he made me feel comfortable, and made the process of purchasing a vehicle very easy, specially because I dont have any experience and I went alone. I am very satisfied with the service that Kevin provided me with. He comes across as a very trustworthy salesman. I highly recommend Carsmith Motors for anyone who is looking to buy a car. I will certainly go there again!

11/15/2010 I was looking for a BMW 3 series wagon and found one on Craigslist. It was listed by http://DriveBid.com Great, detailed pictures and detailed information about the car plus contact information. I called on the spot, made an appointment with Michael Salido, the owner and drove there to see the car the same day. You know the proverbial used car dealer? Nothing like that here. Just a friendly handshake, a smile and relaxed conversation. You like it you buy it, you don't like no problem, no pressure. Michael is the friendliest car dealer I've ever met and regrettably I have met a few. I drove the car, decided to buy on the spot and did all the paperwork right there in his office including the DMV registration, very openly and honestly. He also worked with me on the price. All this on a beautiful Sunday when most people would be relaxing at home. Later had a small issue with the car, no problem Michael took care of it in no time flat. He makes absolutely sure that your experience at his dealership is the happiest one you've had buying a car. Bottom line: You want to be abused, go to a big dealership... You want to be pampered, go to Michael and have a friend for life. Thank you Michael!

I was skeptical about this dealer after reading some of the other reviews. I decided to drive to San Diego yesterday to look at a BMW 328i they had advertised since it had everything I was looking for & I was unable to find it elsewhere (6 speed manual with the premium package including navigation). I figured if the car checked out via a test drive then I could determine if there was any merit to some of the negative reviews I read about these guys. I found, contrary to some of the reviews, that they were very professional and easy to deal with. Actually a great group of people. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would definitely buy a used car from these guys again. I am glad I was not negatively influenced by some of the other reviews I read about K&S. Check them out for yourself - I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Ben do help you get cars but please be careful when purchasing it. When my car has problems, he ignores your call and won't get back to you. I haven't been driving it more than 30 days and constantly having problems. Do not get your car from here unless you want to deal with car problems

In my case, a few different issues arose that needed extra attention and Alfonso (Fonzie) wasted no time in resolving these issues. Alfonso is incredibly pleasant to work with, plus he was thorough when describing in detail the service that was needed. I give Alfonso 10 out of 10 stars. Overall I have had very positive experiences at both this service center in Kearny Mesa and in Poway. I highly recommend.
