I will definitely go back to Mike Ward Fiat and will recommend (already have actually) Tom & Joey to my friends who are looking also. I'd been looking for a new car for about 6 months. Happened along to the Fiat/Maserati dealership with my boyfriend who was also looking for a new car at the time, and we both walked away so happy with what we bought. I ended up with a used car (which was not my original plan) but it was perfect for me and I couldn't be happier with my choice. John, Joey, and Tom worked so hard to make sure we both got what we wanted. I hadn't planned to buy that day so my trade in was a mess and they helped me clean out my old car. It really was a first rate experience and I appreciate all the effort these guys went to. Thanks to all of you!

Marvin my salesman did a great job in showing me the vehicle that I was interested in. As far as the salesman supervisor Bob, not so much.
The ad on CARFAX shows a complete vehicle. The vehicle on the lot is missing a foglight hole cover and the antenna mast. According to Bob the supervisor, he had no more money in his bank to spend and couldn't get the parts.
I still purchased the vehicle because it runs and looks great. The parts that at my cost is just under $100. Could you imagine what your cost is without the mark up? Glad to see how you treat customers. Now I can see why Elway wouldn't want his name on your dealerships.
