Good experience - JCARRILLO4
My name is Jesus Carrillo , I went in for an oil change and came out with a 2019 Ram. I had the privilege to work with Nancy Cano , good person to work with , never felt that she was pressuring me to buy. That same day she helped my cousin buy a 2019 Ram. She also helped another friend drive away with a dodge Durango.

Brought my company Compass in for a brake vibration and... - Romeb
Brought my company Compass in for a brake vibration and oil service and was promptly met by Chris. After a short conversation Chris arranged a ride home and then again back to the store the next day. The work was completed including a recall I knew nothing about and Chris had the car washed. I've not encountered better service in recent memory and will only ask for Chris Keddington in the future.

I have mothers trougle 2016 jeep grand cherokee which was there for 4 and 1/2 months waiting on parts, was fixed only to have a gascet fail 1 day after picking it up. Necessitated pulling engine and tranny and now has to have it done again. FLINT BOWEN has been fantastic to work with and you at Perkins have gone above and beyond the call of duty about supplying me with transporations during this time. Believe it will be fixed this week. Thanks to all of you at Perkins andFCA for helping me out as the 30 dollar part took a long time to get and the repair has been even for difficult. Thanks again for all that you do.

Update: Steve Hardy GM called me and resolved the issue... - RJ
Update: Steve Hardy GM called me and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I will be bring my truck back if I ever need anything else. Thanks Steve!
Terrible service. Went in for recall work and have tires rotated and balanced. After confirming when I made the appointment that they could balance 35" tires I was told 30 minutes after the truck was dropped off they could not. I advised Matt to not rotate or balance the tires. I show up to pay and they are charging me for a tire rotation in which I confirmed over the phone to not perform. Matt said yep work is done sorry you can pay to have it undone. You signed to have it done so we did it. No manager on site and Matt had a terrible attitude. I would highly recommend anyone other dealer to do work or purchase a vehicle from.

New Fiat Customer, first visit - Miss Linda
Tuesday, April 21, 2020 UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW:. Visited dealership again, today I did not have to wait, everyone was wearing a mask and they showed me that my coolant was in deed OK.
(when I looked, the "overflow" reservoir looked empty) I learned that it was supposed to be. The "malfunction" light was checked and reset. May or may not come on again. It had nothing to do with the coolant, as I assumed on Friday.
All said, I've updated my rating to a three. Going forward dealership needs to wear masks, and KEEP
things clean and safe. Pay closer attention to people who make an appointment relative to the Express Lane.
I phoned on Wednesday and explained to service attendant, Leslie that I had a 2012 Fiat and because of Covit-19 I could not drive to Larry H Miller in Denver, where I usually get service. I needed an oil change but more importantly, I needed more coolant, I was nearly out!
I explained that I also needed a new cap for my washer fluid. She said she would order and I made an APPOINTMENT for 11:00 a.m.on Friday. I arrived and no one knew about my apt. in the Express Lane. They sent me inside to find Leslie, she lead me out again to service. (let the door swing in my face)..
I was wearing a mask; I saw one other customer and one sales person wearing a mask. While I
waited outside I watched at least 25 people come and go - no masks. I thought the governor said they should be used! If I wear a mask, it protects YOU. IF YOU do not wear a mask - I'm NOT PROTECTED. YOUR FRONT LINE PEOPLE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC NEED TO WEAR MASKS!!
After I waited nearly two hours for my oil change (who needs an appointment) I paid $92.00 and
On the way home, the "malfunction light" came on. When I got home I popped the hood and to my surprise and amazement NO COOLANT HAD BEEN ADDED.
I called and Colin was gone and the guy I talked to said he had four people ahead of me and they closed at 5:00.
Now I'm no expert, but I believe it would take only minutes to add coolant. As good customer service, I believe they should have taken care of it.
I now have to make another trip. May I state if it weren't for this coolant business, I would have waited for Covit-19 restrictions to pass and gone to Denver! For me this was an essential need.

2014 jeep grand cherokee air compressor replacement - ken
Replaced air compressor on 2014 grand Cherokee Overland. charged $2000 for compressor. OEM replacements range in price $300-$1000. Did not give us the option to choose. Rip off crooks delux.
Oil change charge double that of other vendors.
Buyer be ware if you go here. Abusive pricing.
This is the most miserable dealership to deal with EVER.... - Jajohnson275
This is the most miserable dealership to deal with EVER. HORRIBLE service on the Chevy side. First: took my truck in for glow plug replacement. Called three times throughout the day to see if anything had been done with my truck and finally 8 hours later, got a call back that they had done a diagnostic exam and found that I needed my glow plugs replaced when that was what I had told them when I got there. I asked them to pull up my history in their database as I had done one bay and not the other the year prior and they told me they didn’t have a database (which I later found to be untrue) and tried to tell me I needed them all replaced. So they told me they didn’t have the parts and I picked up my truck. They charged me a diagnostic fee when I never asked them to do a diagnostic, as I knew what was wrong. When I had them do the $300+ of work to replace glow plugs, my diagnostic fee was not credited.
Second: I took my truck to my mechanic for a service light on. Diagnostic came back EGT sensor was bad. My mechanic went onto Chevy’s website to find that there was an EGT recall on my truck’s model and year. I went to Morehart and brought the paperwork with me that my mechanic printed online. They told me that although it was outlined including MY VEHICLE, that my VIN was not a part of the recall even though an obvious issue with THAT part was identified and mine happened to be bad... they smugly told me “well trucks wear out and parts break.” I let them know that I would not be coming back and they seemed happy to see me go. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and am in the market for another and will never ever buy a vehicle from them again. I want to warn everyone to not go here either!!! They don’t stand behind anything they do!!!!
RIP OFF - FOOLISH1!
Beyond words ticked off. When you have to wait for service appoint, find promos and go in and are told there are none except the 4 LOF's for ___? But you know you saw a 20k service price that was decent on their website. Then you agree to do the 20k service only having 13k miles. Go home, get the call it'll be $775 best price and that will include Alignment and Rear Differential... but they offer a 10% off. while on the phone I find a 15% off special as I couldn't find the 20k one at that moment. Then go in and find that you are charged $844 less "insurance" plus tax...(wheres the 15% discount). The service guy is gone after I make payment so no reviewing with him.. not even a nice free car wash for the gouch. Go home and bring up care service record/appointment on there website (where I'd linked on the recommended 20k service in making the appointment) and there it is - the 20k deal for $176.85 that includes LOF, A/C Filter, Battery Service, Rotate Tires.... and many things that aren't even cited as inspected on my check out slip. They charged me for so many stupid add on's that I never agreed to like "Clorox Sanitation", The extra allignment which I really shouldn't have needed was quoted as an extra for $119.95 but charged $140. Nothing about the idle issue I was having was ever noted at inspected. GARBAGE - save yourself and go elsewhere - I should have been wary - STOPPED and found the price and demanded to pay no more but being stressed in the middle of a move I was the trusting gal listening to the nice guy BS. If a JEEP at 13k miles needs that much service it's a piece of JUNK or they are working you.
Based on a necessary followup visit I have raised the scoring here. They were very nice in taking my concerns seriously and there commitment to addressing the issues. I will hopefully get to write a new review with a high score in the near future.

Took my Yukon in for service and was told I need a new... - Beware
Took my Yukon in for service and was told I need a new engine! When I asked what my options were I was told a new engine was $7000. + or they could dig in and see what was wrong and possibly fix it. A few days later I was told they were able to fix problems and bill was over $4,000! I drove it less then a day and same issues were happening. Took it back in and they said again that I needed a new engine!! I’m a single women and I think I am being taken advantage of!! Women beware!!!

You had three weeks to get all of the correct parts you needed and now my plans to go see my family for the holidays are trashed. Asked for a rental and was told you had none. Stephan was very u professional Over the phone and hung up when we couldn’t reach a solution.
Made the appointment for an oil change and a recall for... - mike77881
Made the appointment for an oil change and a recall for 11:45am today some weeks ago. Upon driving into the service bay, I tell the service advisor that I have an appointment and he tells me: "No, you don't." Not a very professional greeting, but nonetheless I proceed with showing him confirmation of the appointment and after confirming that I indeed have an appointment at this location, he tells me they're closing early today and there is no one available to do the work. I asked whether I could drop off my car and get a loaner, but I'm told loaners are not available. It should be noted when I purchased my Jeep, I was told that with the Jeep Wave program, loaners will always be available even with minor maintenance. Very disappointed in this place after wasting a considerable amount of time making the appointment and driving to get there. Will take my business elsewhere.

A Jeep Wrangler is an iconic vehicle. It offers options... - Disappointed
A Jeep Wrangler is an iconic vehicle. It offers options no other vehicle does. I would suggest, however, that before purchasing one, have a friend who is a skilled mechanic. I originally purchased mine with Medved in Castle Rock. To schedule either a repair or service there, you can only do so by leaving a voicemail and not one of the many I left was ever returned. After regretfully firing them, I moved to AutoNation. Service and repairs there were slow, but at first I was able to at least schedule them. Sadly, when an item under warranty failed, I was always forced to fight to get a loaner vehicle to use while the defective item was repaired. The last repair, a broken wire to the rear defroster coil, took five visits and nearly a year to repair. The dealership never initiated contact, I would wait for 1-5 months to hear a status update (my Jeep was driveable, so I was able to utilize it during this time, thankfully!), call, leave numerous voicemails which seemingly never reached anyone and finally get irritated enough to physically visit the dealership. In the end, I was told honestly, if somewhat condescendingly, that Jeep had had the issue of the wire breaking off on a great deal of Jeeps and was trying to find a cheaper solution than replacing the rear window (which was their diagnosis for mine) before repairing any more. Apparently, one of the highly paid engineers at Chrysler finally suggested simply gluing the wire back on and, after nearly a year, at the doorstep of winter, my insanely overpriced vehicle was "repaired" with a tube of superglue. Suffice it to say that I am currently searching for a Jeep dealership that achieves even a basic level of service and am hoping in the near future to switch to a vehicle that may not have a removable top but at least doesn't break down so much and when it does, can be repaired in a reasonable length of time by a team of professionals who answer their phones, return calls and treat a customer as if it is not their fault they spent fifty thousand dollars on a vehicle that breaks down.
