I had a couple of recalls on my Escape I called about 2 months ago and was put on a waiting list for the first recall. I was told they’d let me know when they had the parts. Brody called and we set up a mobile service, I also asked about the second recall and was told they would take care of it. Greg came to my work place with their mobile service and took care of the first recall within 30 minutes. He did an inspection for the second recall and I was told he’d be back to fix that once he had the parts. Within 4 days I had another mobile appointment and the second recall was corrected. Both gentlemen who helped me were awesome. My recalls were done without any inconvenience to me and in a timely fashion. This service is great!! I would definitely use this mobile service again. Thank you all.

The time required to repair the car was average. Communications needs improving. Service center should update customers weekly of their progress. To get an update, had to call Auto Nation Subaru on Arapaho and have them reach out. Asked for the hail damaged hood to be kept, as I needed it. Save hood was written on the repair work order and hood. Hood was disposed of. Still as of this writing waiting for the collision center to provide a replacement hood. As far as the repairs--the car looks great but very stressful to always being the one to reach out and get no reply. Please get me my hood you owe me!

Installation of new radio and touch up paint scrapes. - Jan

We received a wonderful response to our radio issues. Excellent and timely service on our Pacifica. Also had touch up on parking lot scrapes which are now impossible to detect. All service and office workers were very cordial. Felt right at home!!!

The work that was done to my car was amazing and the customer service was even better. Now that I’ve found you guys I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my auto repair needs. I was visiting family in Colorado and stopped in at Groove Automotive and ended up purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX5. Upon returning home to Missouri with my beautiful new SUV, I was having difficulty with the command knob and wasn’t able to pull up any of the settings. The closest Mazda dealership is an hour away from me, so not a matter of just running up to the dealership where I live. So I called back to Groove in Colorado. Berto in customer service helped me, even called me back using FaceTime on our cell phones and walked me through how to properly use the command knob and explained all the settings. He was so kind and patient with me! Unfortunately, I obviously won’t be able to service my vehicle at Groove Automotive. I only hope that I can get this same kind of service and treatment at the dealership in Missouri. Thank you Berto and thank you to my salesman Caleb and to Jeremy for your help with my new vehicle!

I brought my car in for it's first service and a concern I had with some odd wear on the soft top. I arrived and Matt looked over my concerns and let me know what to expect. I stayed there at the facility, the typical free coffee/water/soda and a clean newer space with plenty of seating. The service was completed within the quoted 90 minutes. I was sent a link to a video explaining what was done and what the tech found with the top. This bit here was top notch! The video addressed my conerns and the dealership didn't just take ownership of all my concerns, they did one better. They took responsibility for the wear, and with Mazda USA offered to replace the top due to wear. The great part was one of my concerns with the top was user error. In the video the tech explained the correct way to close the top. I was slightly off, surprising since it's such a simple task but it was my bad. They didn't have the part in stock, no one in the state did really. So they had to have it shipped in and kept my car. They did provide a loaner car. There was a delay in shipping and the repair took longer than originally quoted. No problems here since it was communicated and I don't know a dealership that can control the weather. When I was able to pick up my car it was a full 7 days later 3 more than originally quoted due to delays. All was handled correctly. On inspecting the car there was some damage to the paint. This is where it gets even better. They addressed this issue directly and with the same professional manner they did my original concerns. I had to schedule another appointment to bring it back to have it sent to the body shop. When the body shop got my car Mike, the service manager, contacted me directly and offered a couple of solutions which is great. Explained the pros and cons of each and gave his suggestion but did allow me to decide on what route to go. I'm happy to say I've got my car back and I'm thrilled for having such a great experience with a dealership service department considering how much of a bad rap they've gotten. I will be going back.

I took my tow truck into Reliance a few months ago, the online reviews I found on them seemed really good and was the main reason I chose them. This was my first mistake and I didnt realize it until I received my quote from Dan Jamroz from the email majortorque@gmx.com one click on Dan`s name brought me to the reviews he had done on his own company on http://citysearch.com, http://insiderpages.com and a few other sites. Upon further inspection I noticed that the 5 or 6 reviews on each site all happened on the exact same day and within about 30 minutes of eachother. Why would a company go through all this trouble to create a good name for themselves? Well upon further review of my quote I realized why. Right off the bat, the least amount of markup on an individual part was just under 600%, most of the parts were marked up over 1000%. They quoted my just over $2400 to redo my entire front suspension. Interestingly enough parts, labor, and tax only added up to just under $2200, when I asked about the extra markup Danny at the counter seemed embarrassed, but just played dumb. Pretty steep, considering the only parts they listed that I actually needed replaced was my pitman arms. Yep, really and truly, I passed a thorough DOT inspection after many repairs were done, but not a single one that was recommended by reliance was deemed necessary. Oh and the story is not done yet, when I had to pay for their `diagnostics` before getting a quote they couldnt provide me with change and told me they would just apply the $63 I over paid to future repairs, over two weeks later I finally get the repair quote, yes, over two weeks after the diagnostic was done they finally give me their quote which is when I went and picked up my truck. Ive called Danny at the front counter many times just trying to get back what belongs to me, everytime he says `oh darnit, I put that request on so and so`s desk`, its been over a month, just give me my money. They are liars and thieves and the reason people think of mechanics as such.
